This silver pendant has a delicate, organic quality enhanced by dark-green enameled discs and small orbs that read as stylized buds or sprouts. The silver frame could be sterling, and is coated in some sort of translucent acrylic lacquer. The pendant is unmarked, but definitely hand made. It measures about 1 1/2 inches long by 1 inch wide. Grand yet minimal sterling modernist necklace by BETTY COOKE, c.1960's. Three demi circles set vertically with different finishes and linear markings are constructed within a framework of flexible silver tubing. Gorgeous deep red Mediterranean coral tear drop stones and center pearl in this sterling ring by Arizona Modernist H. Fred Skaggs. It is a size 6 and sits about 3/4" high from the finger when on. Weighing 10 grams, it is in fine original condition and signed as shown. His work is increasingly harder to find since it is highly collected. A spectacular ring.

This sterling silver pendant features a ‘space age’ design with a center amethyst cabochon. The surface is textured and oxidized for a whitish patina; there are a few tiny spots of oxidation. The amethyst is securely prong set. The back of the pendant and the bail exhibit a 925 in a cartouche with the words ‘Industria Argentina,’ which roughly translated means Made in Argentina. The pendant, with bail, measures 2 inches long by 1 1/4 inches wide. Gross weight: 8.5 grams

This sterling silver and enamel bracelet has a Scandinavian feel but no definitive marks. It has five curved panels decorated with abstract sterling designs that are probably raised and surrounded by dotted white enamel. The enamel is in beautiful condition, and the tongue-and-groove clasp is in very good working order. The clasp is marked S.G.M. and sterling. The bracelet measures a little over 6 inches long by 1/2 inch wide.

This sterling silver bracelet features six handmade panels constructed of four horizontal bands of sterling. The top band is plain and gilded, and is applied to the second band with a textured surface. The third band is decorated with an applied abstract line of silver with three tiny silver beads, and is attached to a fourth undecorated band. The back of each panel is signed D.K. and 925; the panels are connected by scored hinges. The fold-over clasp is very secure and quite tight-fitting...

This sterling silver bracelet is decorated with Francisco Rebajes’ signature leaves. Each leaf serves as a link to the alternating square panels. The brushed surface shows some tarnish, but hardly any signs of wear. The tongue-and-groove clasp is very secure, with the Rebajes and silver marks impressed on the top. The bracelet measures 7 inches long by 1 inch wide at the leaves. Weight: 49 grams

Very large hand made modernist sterling snake ring by Novak, c.1970's. This ring is part of a one-of-a-kind collection by Novak, a modernist silversmith with original concepts and wonderful execution. The design shows a snake peering from a piece of crimped and folded silver and measures 1 3/8" long by 3/4" wide by 1" high. The thick band is 1/4" wide and is size 5 3/4/...

Formed in the shape of coral-like branches and set with what appears to be a gray pearl, this delicate sterling silver pin was made by Otto Robert Bade of New Hope, PA. Bade was a prominent designer for Francisco Rebajes, and purchased the company in 1958 from. Bade renamed the firm Orb, which ended production in 1971. The pin is marked ‘Orb’ on the reverse and is secured with a safety clasp. It measures 2 inches long by 1 1/4 inches wide.

Formed as a stylized starburst of forged wire with a central sterling silver bead, this pin is based on the Joseph Skinger design, but made and signed by Martin Lasak. The pin has a delicate look but is sturdily made. The back sports a secure rollover clasp, as well as a sterling mark. Lasak, of Bar Harbor, Maine, was trained by and worked for Joe Skinger during the 1960s in Skinger's Vermont studio, according to Joe's daughter Carol...

A charming piece composed of a sterling silver fish pendant on its original chain, this necklace exhibits the fine workmanship typical of mid-century Italian jewelry. The fish’s features are enhanced with cobalt and green enamel, and its tail moves on a hinge. All the pieces are riveted together, and the cable chain features flattened, oval links...
