This bracelet was made by an unknown jeweler who produced a variety of pins and bracelets, often decorated with his signature applied calla lilies and gold-filled leaves. Each calla lily is hand-applied to a horizontal frame, alternating with vertical rectangular panels with a lightly hammered look. The connecting links are securely soldered; the safety chain is original and attaches with a spring ring...

This is a CORO STERLING HEART BROOCH, RED WHITE & BLUE. Definitely a RETRO ERA 1940's to 1960's Piece this Heart has an AQUA Colored Stone in the Center surrounded by Red and White Rhinestones. This sturdy pin is probably the work of an American maker; its Scandinavian style is reminiscent of VikingCraft or early Danecraft. It is well cast, with an original working rollover clasp; it is marked sterling on the back, but no maker’s mark. It measures 2 1/4 inches long by 1 1/2 inches wide. Gross weight: 16.8 grams

Reminiscent of the Renaissance Revival style, these intricately decorated earrings are set with central chrysoprase cabochons surrounded by faceted green glass stones. The earrings test as silver, date somewhere around 1930-1950, and are most likely .800 silver. Modern sterling silver posts have replaced screw back closures that were marked ‘SIL.’ Each earring measures ½ inch across and about ¼ inch deep.

An Eatons sterling marquisite and cultured pearl swirl pin 1950s. This 1-3/4 x 1-3/8" pin has a safety catch, and it is laden with glinting marcasites. It has a 7 mm. cultured pearl with a fine and deep pinkish lustre. It is stamped STERLING with the Eaton's E in a diamond mark (Canada's top retailer of jewellery and fine goods). A Labradorite sterling silver pendant on chain necklace from the 1950s (or earlier). This 1 x 7/8" pendant features a clear and white striped Labradorite stone with underlaying blue fire and it comes with a later 18-1/8" fine link chain with a springring clasp. The (tested) pendant is unmarked and the chain is faintly stamped ST with a possible maker's mark. It weighs 4.3 grams and it is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, damage or repairs...

My second belt buckle for the day, this is a completely different piece from the Los Castillo example I already presented. Hand-wrought in sterling silver it is big, bold and absolutely beautiful. Inspired by the world that surrounds us, it is just one of those treasures that defy my photographic skills and I am afraid I failed to impart the silky sculpturality of its heart-shaped floral motifs...

Coiled sterling handmade ring by the famous NYC modernist silversmith, Sam Kramer(1913-1964), c.1952. It is signed "STERLING mushroom mark" and is in excellent condition. This lariat necklace has (7) natural .75 ct (each) oval cut moonstones. They are bezel set in sterling silver.

A signed Thomas Kerr Ebbutt galleon sailing ship sterling silver pin or brooch fully hallmarked for Edinburgh, Scotland 1959. It has the Ebbutt maker's mark (in use from 1937-69), it weighs 7.5 grams and there is a ribbon below the Viking style ship which has never been engraved. It is also stamped SOTLAND (sic) and it has an etched identification date from a previous owner. It has a safety clasp and it is in excellent condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs...

A cultured pearls sterling silver leaf pin or brooch from the 1930s-50s era. This 1-5/8 x 1" pin has fine hand engraving on the leaves and the genuine cultured pearls are superbly matched. They have a deep and smooth pinkish creamy luster and they average 5 mm. each. An older, unmarked silver filigree belt that measures 30" x 3/8" including hook clasp. Probably 800 silver.

Composed of five connected sterling panels, each decorated with two applied sterling calla lilies and gilded leaves. The flap clasp is very secure, as are all connecting rings; the sterling safety chain has a spring-ring clasp. The flap has an indecipherable mark, possibly for a maker, between the mark for sterling and the mark for gold content: 1/20 10kt G.F. (for gold-filled). The bracelet measures 7 ¼ inches long, including the clasp, and just under 1 ¼ inches wide. Weight: 57.9 grams

This ornate Peruzzi sterling silver necklace dates from the 1950s and features a central eagle drop flanked by grotesque masks. They are suspended from a bead chain. The mark of Peruzzi Boston is on the back of the eagle; the necklace is also marked sterling. The necklace measures 16 1/2 inches long; the eagle drops 1 1/4 inches. Weight: 20.4 grams
