Designed by Karin Pedersen for JemAx of Denmark, this sterling silver vermeil and white enamel brooch is such a great example of Scandinavian minimalist / modernist design from the 1960s and 1970s. I love the pearlescence of the white here and the way its translucence brings out the guilloche motifs in the silver underneath. White is a gorgeous color in Scandinavian enamelwork and it pairs perfectly with darker, more subdued hue time and loving use has bestowed to the vermeil finish...

Sterling bracelet by E.GRANIT, Finland, 1973. Signed "hallmark E.GRANIT&CO. 925 U7 MADE IN FINLAND" and is in excellent condition. The center circle measures 1 3/8" and is 3/4" high. A sterling silver modernist pendant necklace in a cubes design by Danish silversmith, Niels Erik (NE) From. Pendant is made up of 4 cubes connected to a thick wire with a sterling 'pearl' at the top. Marked From 925S on the hook shaped bale. Pendant measures about 2 1/4" long and 3/4" across. Also measures 3/16" thick. Pendant is in fine condition.

These dainty, clipback earrings are another fine example of the basse-taille enamel work of David-Andersen. The shiny vermeil accentuates the lovely, pearly white leaves that encircle each other on each earring. Authentic David Andersen silver enamel sea horse pin with 3 shades of enamel-- light purple, lilac, and deep purple. Hallmarked on back (see photo). Rare and absolutely without equal when it comes to enamel work, this sterling silver pin measures approx 1 7/8 inches, is hallmarked 925 S Sterling Norway on the back, attributed to either David Andersen or Ivar Holt (maker's mark hard to read, may be an H in a circle). Pin in perfect working order. Shiny light green (similar to celadon green) enamel all in perfect condition...

This ring made by Erik Granit & Co of Finland has a sleek and modest design. The garnet is sawtooth-set. The shank is marked "E. GRANIT & Co DESIGN JEWELLRY." The other side is signed "EG" (stylized maker's mark), "925H," boat (for Helsinki), "R7" (for 1970) and "925 STERLING FINLAND." It is a size 6 and is in excellent condition.

A Clement Berg Norway sterling silver purple enamel rectangle pin or brooch from the 1920s. This simple yet lovely 1-1/4" x 11/16" pin has a raised border in light lilac purple baisse-taille enamel with interior rayed lines and it has a central white enamel edge. It has the original c-clasp, it is stamped 925 with Clement Berg's cypher and it weighs 7.9 grams...

A modernist sterling silver ring #A77 A by Georg Jensen, designed by Ole IshØj. Measures about 6.5. Marked Georg Jensen in a dotted oval, 925 S Denmark and style #A77 A. Also has London import marks, GJLd and the mark for London. The date mark is so small we couldn't make it out. In very nice condition with minor nicks and scratches. Can be worn facing up or down. Great modernist design.

The bold design of this cuff features Viking influences, with embossed traditional patterns on an oxidized background. The terminals are curved for easily slipping the piece over the wrist, and there are applied triangular plaques where a safety chain was attached. The bracelet is inscribed inside and dated 1967. The Georg Jensen post-1945 mark appears on the edge of one terminal, and the design number 78 is on the other. There is a 1/16-inch impact under one edge (see photo 5)...

Typically innovative design from revered Finnish company Kupitaank Kulta. This unusual sterling silver tension setting suspends a complex moss agate cube over a sterling dish.

Marked with the Kulta 'anvil' hallmark, and "925S" for silver fineness. The pendant measures a large 2" x 7/8" and weighs 21.8 grams. Excellent condition.
