I have not been able to link an obvious listed artist name to this work. The hand is sure and talented and the piece is in excellent fresh condition.

The image measrues 8 1/2X14 5/8 inches. Printed in an edition of 100 in 1937. Eby left a skim of unwiped ink on the plate to create tone in the water. A fine impression, nicely framed with archival materials.
