Andrew Wyeth would certainly be considered one of America's top watercolor artists of all time. His works have fetched in the millions at auctions. Here is an opportunity to own a more humble work by this master: a pencil signed example of his 1981 "Sea Running", a collotype print after his original painting, in a limited edition of 300 examples (this one numbered #134)...
A beautifully painted 1927 oil on canvas of flowering plants in ceramic pots on a small terrace or deck, signed at lower left with what appears as "Yos. Bell" followed by "Mallorca 1927". The unframed piece measures 26 1/2" by 31 1/2". An online search for an artist name that matches this has been unsuccessful; perhaps I am misreading it. There is a very small puncture at bottom center, easily repaired, and three other small paint losses at top center and in the pot at right.

A striking small size abstract painting, mixed media (I think gouache and some oil or acrylic), 10" by 20", signed at lower right and again on reverse backing "GEO. JUNG". I thought at first that this might be a "pen name" for George Chann, a well-known and important Chinese-American artist who created similar-looking works, but now from further research I believe this to be by a California contemporary artist, there being at least one work online similarly signed...

The painting is in excellent condition. The detail of these sorts of paintings is impressive...
