By noted South African artist, Otto Klar (born in Austria, 1908-1994), this drawing depicts a group of huts, some figures, and hills in the background. In a simple wood frame, it measures 10 3/4" by 12 5/8" (sight size 6" by 8"), and is inscribed on the back, "Christmas South Africa, 1977, Gift from Otto Klar, Dec 2nd".
