From one collection, EIGHT framed watercolor drawings (****NOT PRINTS****) of flowering botanical specimens, with their respective Latin classification names written in brown ink, generally at lower left. This is a fine pencil drawing of a Victorian style wood home, 16" by 11 1/2" (24 3/4" by 18 3/4" framed), signed at lower right "David" and dated there '73. One is reminded of Edward Hopper's haunted, lonely dune houses or even the infamous back-lot Bates Motel house from the movie "Psycho" where Anthony Perkins did his thing. Condition is excellent.
