Reminiscent of the best work of Marc Chagall, the imagery features a rabbi or holy scholar blowing on the symbolic shofar, or ram's horn, while a Chagallesque figure looks on at lower left. An impressively large color print of the year 1977, titled appropriately "Boat", pencil signed at lower right and dated there, and numbered 23/150 at lower left, by the noted, Japanese-born artist KENZO OKADA (1902-1982).
