This is a pencil signed etching, 6 1/2" by 5" inside the overmat, (12 1/2" by 10 1/2" as framed), not titled, but depicting waterfront shacks and piers with a working boat in an industrial area, by noted San Francisco Bay area artist HERBERT IMRIE (1885-1976). Imrie, born in Napa and deceased in Marin County, was for many years associated with the Berkeley area. Exhibited in the 1939 Golden Gate exposition, he was president of the California Society of Etchers...

A group of three engravings probably by Johannas and Raphael Sadeler of Christian anchorites or hermits. The prints are after Maartin De Vos. These images were widely circulated in the early 17th century and printed and re-engraved by engravers other than the Sadelers. Interestingly of the three in this group two have no title, though they are trimmed right to the image and perhaps the title was removed...

This little lithograph (4 3/4" by 6", 10 1/2" by 11" framed) is titled at bottom "Res. of Levi Davis, Jr., Esq.,/Secs. 28 and 29, Big Rock Tpl, Kane Co., Ill." It is a typical view of a prosperous new homestead in the nineteenth century. A small etching of one of the classic old buildings of America's oldest coastal cities, perhaps New Orleans or Charleston South Carolina, titled "Street Cart", numbered 91/150 and signed "Godzala" or similar. The etching measures 3 3/4" by 2 1/2" inside the mat and 10 1/4" by 8 1/4" in the silver metal frame. Condition is excellent. The piece likely dates to the 1990's through present. I do not see an obvious artist that would correspond with the name.
