This is a lithograph on paper with hand-painted watercolor embellishments titled Plaza Hotel, New York City by American artist Betty Guy (1920-2016)...

Original Japanese woodblock print by 20th century master Jun'Ichiro Sekino (1914-1988) circa 1950s. Unusual column format (roughly 28" by 10" paper, 21" by 5" image), extremely unusual subject, signed "J. Sekino" in pencil lower right and numbered 67/100 lower left. In its original frame, not examined out of the frame but apparently in excellent condition. Sekino's woodblocks are found in the collections of most important art museums, including MOMA and the Art Institute of Chicago.

Daniel Tretiak wrote about prints that were new to him (in 2017) that included, in my (LDT)view, one of the strangest, hard-to-decipher prints that the artist ever did, Bai-1. It was an early one, created in 1958.

Lithograph print of two little sisters, printed by Associated American Artists at mid century, signed in pencil at lower right by the popular, listed Sicilian-born artist JEAN CALOGERO (1922-2001). The print, 14" by 9 5/8" (19" by 15" framed), dates likely to the 1950's or 1960's. Calogero's colorful oils of children, and mysterious fantasy scenes including masks and Surrealist elements, are familiar to art lovers. This print has some paper browning but otherwise appears clean.

Etching on paper, 10" by 7 1/4" inside the mat, 16" by 12 3/4" framed, signed at lower right in pencil by well-known New Orleans artist EUGENE F. LOVING (1908-1971). The print is titled at lower left, "The Marchand Court Old New Orleans", and bears the artist's notation "Ed/200" at lower center. Loving was a familiar figure on the New Orleans art scene for decades, painting and executing prints as well...

Adolphe M.T. Beaufrere, French, 1876-1960, Etching, "Quimpere, Brittany", 5/50, initialed Ab 35 in plate, image size 5 13/16 x 8 inches, pencil signed

Large original mid-century woodcut by Davira Fisher (USA, Cincinnati, 1918-1986). This work is signed in pencil by the artist L.R. Dated 1960, titled "Lonely Trees", and numbered 18/100. Framed. Davira Fisher is a well listed African American artist from Cincinnati aptly known for her woodblock prints, often depicting the Mount Adams neighborhood of her city.

Original deep etching on copper by Wendell H. Black (American, 1919-1972). First edition printed posthumously by Berkley Chappell. In original unframed condition. 17 by 23 3/8 image alone. Titled and numbered 7/25 in pencil l.l. Also signed "Wendell Black '52 by Elaine" l.r. Plate 15 in "The Lost Works of Wendell H. Black" by Henry Sayre.

Joseph Fernand Henri Leger 1881-1955 French This is a fine Stencil lithograph by French artist Fernand Leger, Portrait of Nadia, the artist's wife. Created 1959 published by the artist's wife in 300 impressions.A wonderful expressive image printed to the edges of the sheet, the artist name appears within the image lower right, plate signed. A couple of minor abrasions in the image, but over all very presentable.. The image measures 19 3/4X15 3/4 inches.

This is a color aquatint, 9 7/8 by 12 7/8" as framed, the subject a monumental Paris building in the autumn twilight, (the Pantheon, I believe?), numbered at lower left 248 of 500 and signed at lower right in pencil by the noted French 20th century impressionist painter CHARLES BLONDIN (1913-1991). Blondin was active in Paris in the post war years, painting and creating editions of prints which he numbered and hand signed. This example has not been examined outside the frame...

Stow Wengenroth 1906-1978 American This is an original pencil signed lithograph by American artist Stow Wengenroth. The title is Spirit of New England, a scene from Kennebunk, Maine done in November of 1956. This image measures 9 1/8X17 13/16 inches. Printed in an edition of only 45 impressions. This image appears in the Stuckey catalog as image number 234. This interior was made from the Congregational Church , Kennebunk, Maine.

A mid 20th century lithograph by Mourlot after the original 1891 famous lithograph poster produced by HENRI de TOULOUSE-LAUTREC (1864-1901) "La Goulue", which served as early advertising for the-then new Moulin Rouge nightclub in Montmartre. The original very large poster, Lautrec's first attempt at lithography, was plastered all over Paris. Only 3,000 copies were printed and the surviving examples are very rare and valuable today (one achieved $500,000 at auction)...

Original intaglio by Wendell H. Black (American, 1919-1972), first edition printed posthumously by Berkley Chappell. In excellent original condition. Titled and marked A/P l.l. Also signed "Wendell H. Black '54 by Elaine" Also inscribed bottom right of the sheet "Berk Chappell-imp" 12 by 23 1/2 image alone. Provenance available.
