She designs knotting patterns in washable nylon thread and integrates them with gemstones. Huge and gorgeous this Iradj Moini brooch has it all. Multi-color glass beads, clear rhinestones and faux pearls, each one prong set. The gold plated wire forms a very intricate and graceful pattern. This grape design is sometimes called Moonlight Grapes. An early Georg Jensen design (1920s), it was updated slightly in 2010, including giving individual grapes more heft. I bought it in 2000 and it’s in excellent condition, almost never worn.
