Oriental in feeling as many Maya purses are, it combines red dyed coral, onyx chips and onyx ovals in both the tassel and the detachable metal chain. Maya chooses a delicate turquoise color for her resin purse. The snake skin pattern is, in some areas, dusted with gold leaf. Note the ornate clasp with gilt butterfly and flowers which are accented with glittering rhinestones and crystals. The charming pendant is composed of crystals and piwa pearls. The chain, which can also be worn as a necklace, is gold plated with chunks of turquoise, crystals and gold colored beads. Chain is 44". Purse is 7" wide, 3 1/2" high, 2 1/2" deep.

This Maya creation is not in her collection in this special pink color. It was ordered by Fantasy Jewels since so many of our customers like her pink and rose colored purses. Pure elegance by Maya! Black carved resin with hint of gold frost touching the most prominent points of the carving. Elegant and graceful looking, this Maya purse is charming. The carved butterfly design is on both sides of the purse while carved flowers adorn the resin top. Fabulous statement making early Karl Lagerfeld wide corset style belt in buttery super soft black leather, completely lined with pale beige leather, with a large dimensional center element in goldtone metal. This iconic, rare black lacquer Elsa Peretti buckle was done early in her career as a jewelry designer. We're not sure if it was done for Tiffany & Co, or earlier when she was designing jewelry for Halston. The buckle measures 3 1/2" (9.4cm) across at the widest point and from the top curve to the point.
