A wonderful pair of Yves Saint Laurent long drop earrings. They are made of black galalith with patinated brass studs. The slightly indented bow and leaves are decorated with gilt paint. The earrings are 4 1/4" (11.1cm) long and are 7/8" (2.8cm) at the widest point. They have tight clip-earring backs and are incised YSL on the back of the larger oval. The brass could be polished if you choose, but we like the slight sign of age...

A vintage modernist pair of sterling silver earrings with large oval Lapis Lazuli cabochons by Tiffany & Co. These earrings are opposites and frame the face when worn.

Measure 1" high and 3/4" across. The Omega clips hold securely. A post could easily be added to convert them to pierced French clips.

Very nice condition, some very minor tarnish and surface scratches.

These are my everyday "go to" earrings. I have them in every color I've found and only sell doubles. This pair is the deepest purple imaginable--so dark it looks black unless held to the light. The oval cabochons at either end are an opalescent purple. The clip back earrings measure 1 1/4" (3.5 cm) across by 1 3/8" (3.8 cm) down. They are 5/8" (2 cm) deep. From the 1980's they are in pristine vintage condition. We've included a picture of some of the other available colors...

A pair of William Spratling sterling silver pierced earrings with large dangling fans or sails. These earrings were made in the 1980s.

They measure 1 1/2" across the widest part and 2 1/4" high including the post back. Marked on the back of each earring with the conjoined WS and Spratling 925 Taxco Mexico. They are also marked with TS24 indicating the later date. Post backs hold securely. In fine condition.

Rectangular panels decorated with molded stylized images of musicians, enhanced with a textured, oxidated background. The back of one earring bears the mark of Atkinson Trading Co., Chandler, Arizona, the other earring, the words ‘Navajo’ and ‘sterling.’ Each measures 1 inch long by ½ inch wide. Weight: 9.5 g total

These sterling silver earrings have a bold modernist design and bear the mark of Niels Erik From, Denmark. The wing-like shape gracefully curves outward at the open center. Patina is warm, with only slight signs of wear; the earrings have had a light cloth polishing since the photos. They measure 2 inches long from the top bead, and 1 1/2 inches at the widest area. Weight: 13.5 grams

A pair of 10k white gold double heart earrings with diamonds. These attractive 1/2 x 7/16" earrings have a large heart shape with a mounted glossy heart with a central ~2.5 point diamond on each earring. The stud wires are stamped 10K, the earrings have a VJ maker's mark and the butterflies are 10k yellow gold. They weigh 1.8 grams and they are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, damage or repairs...

These 14kt gold earrings have a sassy swing and a lovely warm patina. Both the tops and the drops are of hollow construction so as to not pull on the ear; they have post backs. They measure about 2 1/4 inches long. Gross weight: 7.2 grams

From France, gorgeous 1980s French clip earrings in cast goldtone metal with long strands of wired faceted glass beads in jewel colors with matching brilliant rhinestones set in the tops, in the moghul style. A while ago, I was lucky enough to buy a group of early Jean Paul Gaultier jewelry. The US rep for Gaultier had it stashed away in a box and was happy to find someone who would appreciate it. These earrings were part of the group. They are 2 5/8" (7 cm) long. The top circle is 1" (2.9 cm) in diameter. The larger circle is a hair less than1 3/8" (3.9 cm) wide. These earrings are "dead stock" and have never been worn.

These earrings are wonderful madness! They are made of translucent molded resin with painted gold details and wired drop beads. The circular earring back, seen through to the front, acts as a design element. They have a wonderful handmade, Mad Max quality. Including the drops they are 2 3/4" (7.5cm) long by a hair more than 2 3/4" (7.5 cm) at the widest. From around 1990, they are in pristine condition.

Two gorgeous glam necklaces from the same estate, in opaque black faceted glass, one a continuous strand hand knotted with matching thread, and one a continuous strand long flapper necklace with an oversized tassel with a dark silvertone filigree cap. The tasselled necklace is 48 inches long and the tassel is an additional 6 inches long. The single continuous strand is 70 inches long and the beads are 3/8 inch wide. Excellent condition. Huge statement multi strand long beaded necklace of glass seed beads and matching dyed red coral color raffia beads, with beaded band. This type of decorative beading, conterie, originated in Italy. This piece is probably Italian. 1980s. This came from a Philadelphia area estate and the original owner purchased this necklace in multiple colors. I am also listing a red coral color version.
