Gorgeous vintage circa 1990 signed Ciner leopard form hinged bangle bracelet in shiny goldtone cast metal with black enameling, green poured glass stones as eyes, and clear rhinestones. Marked CINER. With hinged spring, slide clasp, and safety catch. 1 1/8 inches wide at widest point, 3/4 inch thick, and inside diameters are 2 3/8 inches and 2 inches. The top is formed as a folded leaf, applied to a ribbed band, enameled in blue and turquoise. The inner band is marked with the maker’s mark of Josie, along with marks for sterling and a number, possibly 10.54. There is also another mark that resembles concentric circles and that could represent a copyright mark. The leaf part of the ring measures 1 ½ inches long by about 5/8 inch at its widest area. The ring is a size 6 scant. Weight: 8.8 grams

Amazing statement size unique cuff bracelet in translucent gray Lucite with impressed very big brilliant strass rhinestones. Not marked but couture quality and very weighty at 125 grams. 1970s or 1980s. Great size -- 2 inches wide and 3/8 inch thick. Inside diameters are 2 1/2 inches and 2 3/8 inches. Nicely constructed from four cast bars of sterling silver, of various lengths and width. Each bar is hollow, but of significant heft and strength, which allows for comfort and wearability. The piece is mounted with an oval piece of polished banded agate in a criss-cross setting. A small wad of molten silver adheres to the side of one bar, as part of the design. It is unmarked, but tests definitively for sterling...

This is a rare vintage, matte gold cast metal, Etruscan Revival necklace. It dates from around 1980. It is 22 ½” (57.5cm) long. The circles are 1 3/16” (3.5 cm) in diameter and the drops are 2 1/8” (5.75 cm) long. It is signed GENNY “ Made in Italy” on back of the necklace and is in excellent vintage condition. (Cleopatra might have coveted it.)

Elegant Patrice, as usual. Handsome three dimensional lion figure on thick serpentine pendant with carnelian and amethyst dangle. Necklace beads are grade A amethyst. Note beautiful backing on the pendant. Necklace is 17" long, end to end; pendant, including dangle, is 3 3/4" by 1 3/8". Chunky clip earrings are of Wyoming jade and amethyst and are 1 1/8" by 7/8".

Heavy couture 1980s necklace in light goldtone metal with a long pendant with a cascade of metal and poured glass drops. The glass drops are possibly French. I am also listing the matching earrings. A clean, spare band supports a dramatic architectural setting with scored edges, bearing a natural amethyst cut in a trapezoidal shape. The ring is in excellent condition, with no signs of wear to either the silver or the stone. The underside of the setting shows a maker’s mark of SR or STR, and the mark of Santa Fe, New Mexico, retailer Mitzi. It is also dated 1988, and indicates a design name of “Parallels.” The ring is about a size 7 ½...

I have said in the past that Erika Hult de Corral is one of the few designers in the world of Mexican silver jewelry for whom I will cross the 1980 threshold without second thoughts. I believe that her talent and the quality of her work combined with the fact that she is one of the few known female contributors to the country’s 20th c. Silver Renaissance more than warrants the… “transgression”...

This little fellow is composed of oxidized and hammered sterling silver with applied silver wire around the rim. His eye is a dark cobalt blue half-bead, probably lapis. The pin is secured by a sturdy, handmade modified C-clasp and pin stem. The back is hand-engraved with 925 for silver content and what appears to be a maker’s mark or initials. The pin measures 1 ¾ inches long by ¾ inches high. Gross weight: 4 grams

Karen Smith, a contemporary American artisan, refers to herself as a "knotter of miniature tapestry adornments." She designs knotting patterns in washable nylon thread and integrates them with gemstones. This particular necklace is composed of a serpentine dragon carving with amethyst, turquoise, black onyx, jade and goldstone beads. It is hand signed Karen Smith '06 on the back. It is a remarkable and outstanding artwork! I measures 28" end to end (measured using the inside string of beads).
