This bangle, no. 314, is striking. Designed by Annette Kraen for Georg Jensen, it is open at one part of the curved silver band and has five disks worked into the design. Such a dramatic bangle is rarely seen. I've not seen any since I bought it in 1986. Seven years earlier, in 1979, the bangle was first launched. It is no longer in production.
Composed of oxidized curved oval panels with identical raised designs of a feline, probably a mountain lion, on a background of raised wavy lines. The bracelet is well made, and the connecting links show little wear and no areas of stress. The oxidation is substantially intact. The bracelet is marked only Mexico 925. It measures 8 inches long, including the jump ring and toggle chain, by 5/8 inch wide. Weight: 27.2 grams
A handmade studio piece with a rectangular top mounted with a lavender stone that tests as tanzanite or chalcedony. Composed of five curved, square, openwork panels depicting seashells, the bracelet has a secure fold-over clasp. The copper has a luster finish. The piece measures 7 ¼ inches long by 1 ½ inches wide.

A while ago, I was lucky enough to buy a group of early Jean Paul Gaultier jewelry. The US rep for Gaultier had it stashed away in a box and was happy to find someone who would appreciate it. These earrings were part of the group.

A large bangle composed of 63 thin, white metal bangles, each decorated with oxidized and impressed bisecting lines. The thin bangles are entwined so as to lie comfortably on the arm, with a Slinky-like feel despite its heft of about 150 grams. The bracelet has a bit of flexibility for getting it over the hand, but for the most part its interior circumference of about 7 ½ inches is pretty firm. The composite thickness of the bracelet is about 2 inches around. It is unmarked.
This ring has a great geo design on its band. The dangling charm is of the Aztec calendar. The back is marked MEXICO 925. The ring (and charm) have good heft and are in excellent condition.
