Lovely big statement flower form brooch hand made by Pono Italy in very finely made art plastic "moonglow" mother of pearl Lucite with variegated color in very pale blue with a glass bead and stitching in the center, and a leather back. This is a Dorothy Bauer LIMITED EDITION, number 28/120 and has 28 marked in ink on the base of the tree. It is a superb design with the large navette rhinestones surrounded by small clear rhinestones. All stones are Austrian, prong set, and glisten magnificently. This round brooch with a heart cutout is called Hidden Heart. It is no 991 and is 18k gold. Designed by Vivianna Torun, on the back are printed 750, Georg Jensen in a circle of dots, Torun, 991, and Denmark.
Here is a well-made and nicely conceived silver pin by an unknown studio jeweler. The triangular base is impressed with a geometric pattern enhanced by oxidized surfaces of various metallic shades. A convex silver disk is mounted on the panel at a jaunty angle for contrast. The pin has a commercial rollover clasp in good working order. The back bears no mark except for a K in a triangle, most likely a maker's mark. It measures just under 2 inches wide by 1 1/2 inches high by 1/4 inch deep...
This pin is a late 20th century rendition of a traditional Russian balalaika composed of sterling silver strings and fittings on a triangular piece of amber. The neck has a layer of what looks like pressed wood to serve as the fingerboard. There is a mark for sterling on the back of the frame and what are probably the maker’s initials of SP; the Polish mark for sterling, 1986 to the present, is on the pin stem...

H. Dunay - A modern designed two-tone knot brooch in platinum and 18kt. brushed gold by the well known contemporary goldsmith and jewelry designer, Henry Dunay.
Features a piece of amber carved and polished in the shape of a blossom, surmounting a sterling silver stem with vines and leaves. A small bud is represented by an amber bead. The pin stem is marked 925, indicating a possible European origin or maker, as European makers usually marked the pin stems. The rollover clasp is in good working order. The pin measures 2 ¾ inches long by 5/8 inch wide at the blossom.
