A 14k white gold aquamarine, topaz and diamonds ring from the 1990s. This ornate and emphatic size 7-1/4 ring features a pear cut 2.2 carat (calculated) blue aquamarine stone flanked with two smaller pear cut amber coloured topaz stones with 12 flanking light greenish white topaz and 14 single point diamond stones. The setting measures 13/16 x 1/2", this ring weighs 5.8 grams and it is stamped 14K YJ...

Composed of a hollow-cast rectangular top with a textured band, this ring is designed to sit horizontally, extending over an adjacent finger. It works best when worn on the fourth, or traditional, ring finger, so that it extends over the pinkie. It is lightweight and quite comfortable as a result.
