Vintage Chinese Handmade hand painted silk and bamboo Crain in Glass box, very well made with fine paint and bamboo work. It has a brocade and glass box with 2 seal marks, collected 1980s. Slight stains to the box lining but otherwise in good condition. Box 4.75" by 6"

A large cast bronze Department 56 recumbent pig used in a store or window display to feature their Jam Bon Farmhouse china collection (See last photo of same pig as a Dept. 56 Jam Bon butter dish). A truly unique piece with very nice detailing and a Department 56 label on the bottom. The label also says, "Made in India", but it looks Chinese to me and I haven't been able to find any Indian pigs that vaguely resembles this one. I'll let you decide...

Enamelled copper snuff bottle. Decor of flying cranes in a reserve on a yellow background. The stopper is in cast bronze and chiselled with care. The prestigious mark of the emperor kien long is affixed under the base but, unfortunately, it is apocryphal. The rod and the teaspoon are made of metal. I think it's a Chinese production of the 20th century. Probably from the end. Height about 7cm. A chip on the foot (see photo) which does not harm the aesthetics of the object.

This very well carved two-tone hard stone snuff bottle is a 1980's product. It depicts an old sage chatting with a young man under a pine tree. It is 3" high, 2" wide and 1 3/8" thick with a red carnelian and silver rim cap. It is in great condition.

Indigo-dyed heavy cotton shop Apron, for a Sake purveyor, central logo reads “Cha” (Tea, the common name of drinking establishments in old Japan was “Cha-ya,” or “Tea House.” Stencil-dyed on both sides with shop name and address, braided cotton waist tie. All lines read right to left, and top to bottom, in the old pre-WWII style. Unsure on actual readings, but meanings are clear...

He studied under Hattori Goro(1869-1930), and after moving to Tokyo he studied Western painting under Hakutei Ishii(1882-1958).Afterwards, he returned to Nanga, and after moving to Kyoto, studied under Tajika Chikuson(1864-1922)...
