A c1900 swing-out lorgnette eyeglasses on a handle in heavy rolled gold plate. These folding spectacles measure 4-1/2" long and the lenses are 1-1/2" across. They open on a spring triggered by pushing down the ringed collar near the ribbon loop on the end of the handle; they have an unidentified maker's mark, and the mechanism works perfectly and the lenses are unscratched. This is a very lovely black beaded handbag made in France with delicate embroidered flowers on the front ; the back of the purse has no flowers. The purse is in excellent condition, with only minor bead loss in the top row of the purse and on the clasp. It could certainly be replaced. The inside is very clean, fully lined and has a mirror pocket. The label states Hand Made in France by Denise Francelli of Paris . Measurements: 5" x 8" and the handle adds 4 1/2" inches to the height...

Fabulous large vintage 1940s gathered pochette or wristlet bag beaded in brilliant glittering bronze coppery glass micro beads, with a soft flexible beaded strap which pulls through a large loop to close. The beads are very high quality and are cut on every side. With matching peach color silk lining. Exterior is in excellent with no losses to beading. The lining has some slight losses as shown. 7 1/2 inches long, 7 1/2 inches wide and 2 inches deep. The strap drop is 4 1/2 inches...
