Each is signed, one signed “Mongwa, D. Scott, Old Oraibi” and the other “D. Harvey, Koyemsi, Hopi Tewa, ‘96”. DIMENSIONS: Tallest 10.75” high.

A true tour de force of the use of pastes in buttons. This fine example is of large size at 1 1/4", and features a sprig of flowers in a circlet mounted on cobalt glass. Visible beneath the glass is guillochet worked metal. The back of the button is either silver or a base metal.

Measuring just 10 inches in height, this diminutive, vintage 1940's, Mammy Bottle Doll is in near mint condition, with nicely detailed, machine-stitched clothing and a very darling face! Mammy bottle dolls were constructed to be quite functional; they were used as doorstops back in the day. Their sand-filled bottles added enough weight to readily keep that door in place.

Measuring approximately 4 1/2 inches in length, this wonderful pair of hard plastic African Native dolls are dressed in highly detailed and decorated costumes. Circa 1940s, these all-original dolls with hand-painted faces are in very fine condition and make a striking pair when displayed!

Measuring 18 inches tall, Mammy is constructed of black, machine-stitched, vintage 1930-1940's, polished cotton which has been stuffed with cotton batting. Facial features have been hand-embroidered, are quite expressive, and are exceedingly well done. Her hair has been styled in six pigtails adorned with bows...

1980s Chinese Gold leaf black ink stick of Turtle with Dragon chasing a pearl on the turtles back. No apparent damage in a hard paper box with pink satin lining. Size 3.5" by 2.5" weighs 48g of ink cake.

"Hong Kong" made Hardwood Rectangle shape Display Stand, 5" x 4", corners are somewhat rounded(inside top rim measurement), 1 1/2" high, and 6 1/4" x 5 1/4" wide-bottom supported by 4 bracket feet, the condition is good.

This is a really nice milk glass Green Shield square Sugar Shaker, with the original metal lid, made by McKee Glass. It is stamped on the bottom: CHEF BOY-AR-DEE DINNER.
