Stamp is not in good shape.

This vintage stanhope piece is a very rare find. It shows 6 historical landmarks of Northern Ireland, through the tiny peeper glass in the middle of its well-known, wild boar. The pictures and views, within the charm / pendant display 'A Memory of BALLYCASTLE:' GOLF LINKS, MURLOUGH BAY, ROPE BRIDGE CARRICK-a-REDE, MARINE ROAD and FAIR HEAD. The views great and clear. This stanhope measures 5/8" x 1/2" x 3/8" tall. It is in excellent condition.

Here is a rare and wonderful photo collage of scenes from the building of the Alaskan Highway (completed in 1943.) Original snapshots. The center photo highlights what appears to be the official ribbon cutting; sixteen photos surround it. Below is a cartoon of a bear taking a picture of a man. Not examined out of the frame. 13" x 15".

This old tourist travel booklet describes the many places to visit in Mozambique while it was a colony under Portuguese rule. 46 pages ...size 5.5 x 8.75 inches .... There are about 40 black and white photos including one 22 inch long foldout of the capital city of Lourenco Marques. 3 color photos...lions, zebras, and elephants. This booklet is a treasure chest of information for anyone interested in African History

This is a Cardboard Box titled 'NASSAU MELODY' with a Blonde MERMAID COVER. Apparently designed to hold Bottles of Perfume 'blended & bottled in Paris'. Size is 7/8" X 4" X 3". Pre 1950? in VG Condition

Written by Esther Stevens Brazer, this is a Memorial (Second) Edition published in 1947 by the Pond-Ekberg Company. The gray linen boards show some wear with creases at the corners, and the gilt pastedown label is smudged. The front free paper is clipped and the pages are uncut. A former library copy that is in good condition. Profusely illustrated. 265 pp.

Possibly a first edition- cloth-bound hard cover ( no jacket) published in 1946 by the American Artists Group. Includes nine color plates by various artists along with 35 illustrations. The cover shows some wear on the edges, with a smudge and bump on the front.The end papers have yellowed- otherwise fine. 76pp.

This hard back book was published in 1949. It was written by Mary Brooks Picken and published by Singer Sewing Machine Company. There are 244 pages filled with black and white illustrations, sketches, color photos of finished products a person might sew, etc. The text teaches everything one would want/need to know about one's sewing machine and about how to sew anything. It is a great collectible and very informative...

A nice 1949 Canadian silver dollar $1 coin in MS60 condition. It has superb detail and and it retains its complete mint luster (please note that our scans don't show the luster particularly well - it is vivid and attractive). A prize in this condition. A vintage gelatin silver photograph of a gate and the street beyond with people beyond at the town of Sidi Okba, Algeria. Identified in ink on the back. Rene Prouho (1879-1970) blue back stamp in the upper left corner. 11 5/8 x 9 ½ inches (29.5 x 24 cm). Unmounted.

Condition; very good, though the corners are bruised.

I would guess it dates from the 1930’s.
