Unlike many of the pieces in the genre of Kyo-ware, this tea bowl is decidedly demure in appearance. Milky, flowing glaze pools in places along a backdrop of ivory and coral pink sides, contrasting nicely with the rough, unrefined clay of the base. An unusual Nichols Chinese Rug Circa 1920-1932 oval design 3.5’ x2’ Nanking design

This is a traditional old style Chinese doodoo which is worn buttoned to the front of a womans shirt. It is made of black cotton fabric and embroidered with silk thread using a satin stitch. The motif is typical Miao...birds and flowers. It is in good condition appears slightly faded. This piece measures approx 11" X 11" and would look very nice framed. Age approx 65 yrs old

Chinese gourd shaped vase done in Peking glass with silver wire and fittings covering the vase. The silver fittings contain auspicious motifs such as the character longevity and goldfish.
