Below are 3 drawers where personal effects were stored. Original hardware including the Warabite handles. Constructed using straight dovetail joinery and wood dowels to hide the nail connections.

Toast the new years with this solid silver sake set made for celebrations. 3 solid silver cups, as well as a beautifully shaped silver sake kettle with lid, each piece bearing the jun-gin (Pure or 100 percent silver) mark. They come enclosed in a wooden box titled Jungin-sei Shuki (Solid Silver Sake Set). The kettle is 13 cm diameter, 18 cm wide at the spout. The largest cup is 12 cm (4-3/4 inches) diameter. This very well carved and polished horn carving of a Zun (Chinese traditional libation wine vessel) is an early or mid - 20th century product. It is 5 ½” high, 6 ½” wide and 3 ½” thick (both measured from the top), the round bottom is 2” in diameter. Twelve stylized Bixie (辟邪) and different ritual bronze patterns were deeply carved into the entire body. The artist’s name is illegibly carved on the bottom. It is in great condition.

A classic silverplated single-serving cocktail shaker by Napier in 1934 specifically to be sold at Saks Fifth Avenue. The shakers were made in two variations, one with a dial on the top indicating the type of cocktail within and this version, with the profile of a rooster on the lid. The shaker has a built-in strainer and pouring spout. When removed, the lid becomes a footed cocktail glass. The bottom of the shaker is stamped "Napier Pat. Pend."

This standing lamp sports a cameo shade with a red background (not quite as bright as photo shows) with raised leaves and birds. The lamp measures 60" tall, and the shade is 9" tall with a 4" diameter. There is a lid matching the base that fits over the shade. There are minor flea bites at the top of the shade which are completely covered by the lid. Other than that, the lamp is in excellent condition.
