This really pretty Laurel Green Sweet Meat Comport was made by Westmoreland Glass in 1978. This Comport measures 6 inches high X 5 inches in diameter at the top. Winnowing basket called "箕（mi)"which is used by farmers to eliminate or blow out unnecessary stuffs. It is made of bamboo and covered with washi and painted with kakishibu (persimmon tannin). Bamboo mi is made in rather warmer region and bast of trees are made in colder region, however, it is not clear when these ones are made. Generally, in good condition but have some minor breaks or rips. 20th century. W:45cm to 43cm, L:36.5cm to 34cm. Possible to sell one piece for $40.

Japanese shin hanga woodblock print titled “Santa Fe” by Toshi Yoshida (1911-1995) dated 1971. The print is titled and dated in Japanese in the left margin. Pair 1950's Chinese Large Green Crackle Glaze Monochrome Vase - AS IS

They are 13.3 inches (33.8 cm) tall by 6.5 inches (16.5 cm) wide. The total weight is 8.6 Lb.
