Very Unusual Murano Cased Blue Spider Net and AVENTURINE FLECKS Bowl or Centerpiece!!! Believe it is a BAROVIER and TOSO piece, similar to the Pezzi Unici di Prova pieces, which is a series of experimental designs created by Ercole Barovier!!! Pair of Danish Copenhagen Silver Lidded Jars circa 1940s with beautiful

Mosaic pottery tazza and vase from the 1940s or 50s, by Gerbino, France. The handling and modelling of clays in various colors necessary for the creation of this kind of art objects was a complicated procedure, mastered only by Jean Gerbino and his family in Vallauris, the French studio pottery center of the period. Impressed marks Gerbino and Vallauris. Height of tazza "3 ½ / 9 cm and of the vase "5 ½ / 14 cm, diameter of tazza "6/ 15 cm. Condition: fine.

Household protector made of wood, carved to represent two Janus type heads surmounted by horns. This protector was installed on top of a house roof. Beautiful age patina. Indonesia, Timor Island. Ritual spoon, its handle carved in the shape of a male ancestor wearing cap and bracelets on arms and legs. A very rare feature is that the ancestor is also wearing a Christian cross at the end of a long necklace. Indonesia, Flores Island. Height: 8 7/16" (21,5 cm). Old accident, restored locally, at the junction between the spoon and the handle, tiny chips, otherwise good condition. A truly rare piece.

A set of four Birks sterling silver nut or mint dishes 1940s-50s. These 4 x 2-3/8" dishes weigh 81.4 grams, and they are in excellent original condition with no corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than a tiny dent in the upper lip of one dish, some very slight bends to the upper edge at one end on two dishes and some very shallow penpoint dents in the bottom of one dish (all are very minor and barely noticeable)...

This is a rarely found object as part of Wilhelm Kåge's celebrated Argenta series produced for Gustavsberg. It measures 1 5/8" tall and is 1 7/8" in diameter. On the underside is painted in silver Argenta, the old Gustavsberg anchor insignia, Gustavsberg, 958. Impressed is the letter S. Excellent condition. There is crazing, which is normal for the glaze.
