This ashtray is my one and only piece of Phoenix Glass - and what a wonderful item it is! This is the #263 Phlox pattern ashtray in the Sculptured Crystal treatment. (crystal glass with a blue ceramic wash applied.) The ashtray is the 5 1/2 inch size - the larger and much harder to find of the two sizes that were made in this pattern. Produced in 1938, it's a rare find indeed! Excellent condition.

1940’s French ormolu filigree gold gilt display box casket with putti, angels. An unusual shaped round casket that tapers down to rest on 4 delicate feet. Featuring pinkish amber beveled glass panels with 6 oval side panels flanked on each side with standing putti, arms raised. A nice larger size measuring 7.5” diameter x 5.25" high, it is in near perfect original condition with just few age spots on the lining.

An elegant sterling silver rollover jigger in Tiffany & Co.’s classic modernist “Cordis” pattern. Designed by Oscar Riedener in 1958, Cordis’ stark contemporary lines were something of an aesthetic departure for Tiffany. A vintage Hmong textile from Laos, carefully crafted into a cushion cover backed with soft black pig suede. The cushion measures 11 1/4" x 15 1/2" with a 100% polyester insert. The textile itself consists of machine embroidery and reverse applique with some intricately worked hand embroidery as accents. The spirals symbolize longevity. Estimated age mid to late 20th century. Condition is overall great with some very minor fraying.

Sakiori hanten and sodenashi were made mainly in districts along the Japan Sea of the mainland, where they have much snow and cold climate in winter. Piping cloth is indigo dye cotton. Stands 12 5/8 inches (32.1 cm) Tall. Original labels for Luxardo, and made in Italy. No chips, cracks or repairs.

Hefty highly ornate big bold wide cuff weighing 56 grams of silver with high relief designs. Signed or marked "SRS" and 800. Possibly from South America? Same one at other sites sold for more! Much chased Flower, Fruit, Leaves Scroll details with lots of rich darkening in the crevices that makes the almost punched out designs jump out.
