Traditional Yemeni necklace with an amulet box, made of silver and coral. First half 20th century. The amulet box has a maker’s mark on the top. The box is 5 cm. wide. The necklace is 48 cm long. From a Dutch private collection. Overall in good condition with expected age wear on the box.
Made by a women of the Miao minority often referred to as the "tiny Miao" ...not because of their stature but because they were recongnize for their "tiny" embroidery stitches...

An antique pair of Chinese vases with lingzhi mushroom outcrops on a craggy rock platform. The lingzhi mushroom is a symbol of longevity and health. The platform could display an object. These wares originated out of kilns in the Shiwanzhen sub-district within the city of Foshan, going as far back as the Neolithic period. Each vase is pigmented with custard yellow and aubergine.

A pair of Blanc de Chine prunis trees. One has two birds resting on it's branches surrounded by prunis blossoms. Each set in a rectangular planter with a center hole.

Condition: Good overall condition for their age. The branches on these are quite delicate and there has been some breakage...
A vintage sterling silver figural jigger by Gorham, the sides marked off with enameled stoplights in green, yellow and red meant to signify "go," "caution," and "stop." Each light corresponds to the 1, 2-1/2, and 3-1/2 ounce markings on the jigger's bottom. The bottom is hallmarked by Gorham.
Origin: America, ca. 1950.
Condition: excellent. No dings. The enamel stoplights have excellent color. The jigger has been professionally polished.

An iconic square bottle by one of the most important Japanese artists, Kawai Kanjiro, enclosed in the original signed wooden box. The fawn spotted white glaze is decorated with Gosu floral patterns in blue and red with a rich iron red at the mouth, the raw clay revealed at the base. A lovely set of six sterling silver demitasse spoons in the “Wild Rose” variant of the “Vine” pattern. The bowls are in the elongated shape often seen in Tiffany demitasse spoons and are enhanced with soft matte gilding. Each is stamped with the Tiffany hallmark used 1873-1891. The spoons are accompanied by a Tiffany felt bag of more recent vintage.
The “Vine” pattern was created by Tiffany’s chief designer, Edward C. Moore, in 1872...

The size of Fubako: 11 1/2" Long x 8 9/16" Wide x 2 1/16" High. This is beautiful and classy Japanese Shunkei Lacquer Fubako (stationary box) with fine Japanse Brocade design with flower and karakusa design. Inside has lavender color velvet inside cover as well as inside bottom. The condition of Fubako excellent. It never been used. There is no warping. No scratch and wear. It has the date on the back of box Showa 54. (1979) Sept. 6th. It said as the appreciation of many long years working...

A classic figural sterling silver thimble jigger, the rim engraved "Only A Thimble Full". The workmanship of this jigger is very good and the engraving is among the nicest we've seen. Marked "Sterling." It was likely made by either Watson or Thomae.
