This porcelain demitasse set was produced in Germany by Rosenthal in 1930. The marking was used for this year. The set consists of a pot measuring 8 inches high with the lid, a sugar bowl with lid that is 6 inches across the handle and 3 1/2 inches high, a cream pitcher that measures 3 3/4 inches high and 6 cups that are 1 1/2 inches high and 6 saucers with a diameter of 4 1/8 inches. The set is decorated in the Art Deco style. There are stylized floral designs trailing across each piece...

Chinese landscape painting of a mountain pavilion nestled in among twisting pines, a river winds it's way through the rocks creating two waterfalls - one in the upper left of the composition and the other in the lower right below the pavilion, all done black ink on paper, signed Zhao Tsungwu, early to mid 20th century. These beautiful candlesticks were produced by the Consolidated Glass Company as part of the Martele line. Designed by Reuben Haley, the set was produced in the late 1920's. The pattern is called 'Iris', though it looks like wild roses to me.... The candlesticks are listed in the Consolidated catalog as the #2560 Low candlestick set. They stand approximately 4 inches high. Excellent condition, there are 2 little nicks on the underneath side of one candle as pictured...
