This small vessel, similar in a shape to a tokkuri, is a fine example of Oni Shino (carbon trap and natural ash glazing) that Tsukigata is so well-known for. Coining the term in the mid-50’s after countless failed experiments—which ultimately culminated in the discovery of this unique style of pottery—“Oni” translates roughly to demon or ogre...

This old cherry amber bead necklace is 29 inches long. The beads are 17 mm long and 12 mm wide. The large bead on the end is 23 mm long and 18 mm wide. The stupa shape bead is about 48 mm long and 18 mm wide. It is in great condition.

This well carved 1970’s jade (jadeite) pendant is half of an inch thick and 2 inches in diameter. It depicts two Qi Lin (or Qi Ren) facing each other on the top, and two stylized characters of “Shou” (Longevity) are carved on the bottom. It is in great condition.

This is a sterling plate made by Tiffany which was autographed by the players in the Keaton Golf Klassic in 1974. It is signed in the silver by Art Bell, Hale Irwin, Don Fisterwald, Gene Littler, Lionel Hebert, Dale Douglas, Jim Langley, Charles Coody, and Bob (I couldn't read his last name). It is marked on the back Tiffany & Co., Makers, Sterling Silver, 23336. There are scratches to the silver, but the autographs are all readable. The plate has a diameter of 6".

Circa 1960's-70's, this Matl jeweled cross produced by Ricardo sits on a pedestal and is a hand-wrought work of art. Ricardo Salas worked with his aunt, Matilde Poulat. After her death in 1960 he continued producing her designs, as well as his own. After 1980, Matl Salas pieces were also marked with MS-12. This cross pre-dates that mark. This very well carved small lapis snuff bottle is 2 inches tall, 1 5/8 inches wide and 3 /4 of an inch in depth. It is 1970¡¯s product. One side depicts two cranes standing under a pine tree; the other side is plain. The color of the lapis is quite dark and interesting. It is in excellent condition.
