French Majolica plate by Cerenne, Vallauris, 1950's. Relief moulded and brightly painted decoration of sea food, the animals forming reserves for six oysters. This porcelain figurine was produced in Germany by Hutschenreuther in the 1950s. It is signed by the renowned artist, Karl Tutter. The base is 6 1/2 inches long and the piece is 5 1/2 inches high. The porcelain is well modeled and quite fragile. A naked baby is reaching out to touch a spotted faun. The faun is done in natural colors. Condition: Excellent

This lovely Orchid decanter (#5025) features Heisey's crystal clear glass and its very popular upside down orchid and bows. This decanter is fitted with a sterling silver stopper that is marked and its in excellent condition. This porcelain covered box was produced in Germany by Meissen in the mid 20th century. Is has a diameter of 3 1/2 inches and is 2 1/2 inches high. The porcelain is the finest quality ever made. It is beautifully hand painted with a spray of colorful and realistic flowers. There are sprigs of flowers dotting the lower half of the box. The rims are trimmed with heavy gilding. Condition: Excellent. This is a first quality piece.

This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in Germany by Meissen in the mid 20th century. The saucer has a diameter of 4 1/4 inches and the cup is 2 inches high. The cup features an entwined branch handle. The set is decorated with brightly colored flowers, realistically hand painted. The flowers on both pieces match. There is gold trim on the rims. Condition: Excellent. This is a first quality set.

This is a child's helmet ("khohl") from Kohistan, an isolated mountainous region of northern Pakistan located on the river Indus. Metal zippers, white beaded fringes, silver pendants and mirrored discs all serve to guard against the djinn, or evil spirits. The helmet has a high peaked crown supported by inserted sticks of wood, and topped with a beaded tassel. The helmet falls into a V-shape over the shoulders and back, measuring 62 cm from the tassel to the shawl base. Circumference: 42 cm...
