This vintage Knickerbocker figurine or novelty stem is by Morgantown Glass from the 1940s. It features a crystal clear stem of man in a top hat wearing a monocle (looks like the Planter Peanut's man.) The flared art deco smoke blown bowl darkens as it forms the base, that is then attached to the stem. Very rare carving of the Three Wise Monkeys, sanzaru in Japanese, sitting on two logs. The one who hears no evil (kikazaru) and the one who speaks no evil (iwazaru) are sitting together. A little separated from them sits the one that sees no evil (mizaru). Carved in facet-cut (abstracted style) in soft cedar wood (sugi).

This is a really nice Cobalt blue, with Windmill decoration, Ice Pail with Rim made by Hazel Atlas. The Ice Pail measures 4 inches high X 4 1/2 inches in diameter across the top.
