Fascinating watercolor set in the form of a 1930's automobile with working wheels. The top lifts to reveal containers for paints and water; an area for mixing; and a storage compartment for brushes. The back of the car is embossed "Betel Motor Car/Patent No. 75086/Open & Close Type/BF".

Bead Chain fixtures were the standard ceiling fixture of the American home from the 1920’s through the 1940’s. The decorative glass shade hung from 3 bead chains, and could be adjusted up or down depending on the size of the room and height of the ceiling. The finest servant dolls, Shitei (Shittei,Shicho,Shiccho) from Kyoto, Japan. They are the court servants from Heian Imperial Court and part of Hina dolls displayed for the Girls Day (Hina Matsuri Festival) in Japan. Some damages in the toes of one doll and clothing. The tallest doll is 8 inches tall.

This porcelain plate was produced in England by Royal Worcester in 1933. The date codes indicate this year. It is signed by the artist E. Barker. The plate measures 10 ¾” in diameter. A brilliant array of hand painted flowers in an urn fill the center of the plate. They are realistically portrayed in fine detail. The rim of the plate is finished with an embossed band of gold. It’s like an English country garden on a plate. Condition: Excellent

Nice Art Deco brass cocktail shaker in the form of a wine bottle. The bottle separates at the shoulders to reveal the strainer and the lip of the bottle removes for pouring. The bottom of the shaker is indented just as a glass wine bottle is. We’ve had many figural cocktail shakers, but this is the first bottle we’ve had.

Six(6) English Copeland Spode Stoneware Demitasse Cups and Saucers, Pheasant design in solid green color wide band, 2 1/4" high, 2 1/4" diameter-top rim, with Butterflies and Dragon Flies decorated inside the cup, and low relief floral Branch design in solid green color outside the cup, saucer is decorated with wide green band with Pheasant.
