He wears a clown's outfit of light-blue. He sits on a barrel, evidently singing while he plays his own accompaniment on an accordion. His light-brown hair is swept back from his face in a cascade of curls which reaches his collar.

His jacket has wide sleeves and a ruffled white collar, his trousers are bell-bottomed with turnups; His shoes are gray. ON each sleeve and each leg , as well as at the neck, he wears a large fluffy white button decoration...

A pair of deeply carved Chinese cinnabar lacquer trays, with flower petal edges, the surfaces carved with foliate imagery such as peaches, pomegranates, citron, persimmon, and berries. Similar pieces can be seen from the 15th/16th century. Most likely this pair dates from the early 20th century.

Sassy little pouch purse! This little guy is a charmer. Lovely leather and sleek and shiny ranch mink. The leather plaque on the interior zipper compartment says : made in Italy for Lord & Taylor, 100% mink. The lining ( in perfect condition just like the outside ) repeats over and over again: Paola del Lungo. Purse is 10" wide, 7 1/2" high, 3" side to side. The straps are 22" end to end.

A finely sculpted bust of a young man with exceptional patina of finely blended earth and bronze pigments. Physical condition is superb, but a small amount of finish has worn around the left eye and on the top of the head exposing a green substrate, yet harmonious with the earthen finish. Gorgeous vintage Hermes silk scarf (“carré”) worked in rich shades of medium blue, cream, golds, browns and greys. The design illustrates various 18th century gilded carriage or chariot wheels, including one emblazoned with an image of the Sun King, Louis XIV. The hand-rolled edges (rolled toward the front) are plump. “Hermès Paris” is worked into the design, as is the signature of the desiger, Caty Latham.
