OFFERING TRAY

Originally actually used as the traditional wooden ritual tray for votive offering in Korean Peninsula in early 20th century, approx. 25.5 x 25.5 x 7cm (10.03 x 10.03 x 2.75in)...

I have always really liked the black bottle doll doorstops. They are something I keep more than I sell. I am offering of few of mine for sale so here is the second one. This bottle doll with her head tipped to one side and her mouth, down turned and barely visible is wearing a red polka dot dress with a shear cap and apron. I have only had one other doll with a secret and the story goes like this...

Basket weave rectangular cache-pot/flower pot and interior liner by Waechtersbach. Decoration of green dots and a printed flower border in late Art Nouveau or Jugendstil style, also running over the handles of the pot. The liner left undecorated. Impressed shield mark and printed blue mark "Wächtersbach" and a black printed mark, possibly a year mark for 1923, December. Width including handles "7¼/ 18,5 cm, height "2¼/ 5,5 cm. Condition: a hairline visible from the inside of one handle.

Three German dishes with sprayed decoration in black and brown/orange. Geometric Déco style, around 1930. Mark to one dish: Made in Germany, Mustersch(utz) = Protected Pattern, and stamped mark depicting a traditional workman. Diameter "6¾/ 17 cm. Condition: fine.

American Lenox Porcelain gold band Coffee Pot, retailed by "Tiffany & Co." 11" high include top, 7" wide include handle and spout, 1930, top rim is decorated interesting etched gold lines. Marked with green "Lenox, Tiffany & Co.", and "X 1367/F51" in gold on the bottom. The condition is good, no damages.

A Grand Lenox Belleek Vase, Artist Signed by Frances Mayer and dated June 8 1927. It has a Gilt Border with Pheasants Front and Reverse. Dimensions 15.5" high x 5.5" in diameter. Excellent condition

Large size Lenox Rose Pattern Porcelain and Sterling Rim serving Charger, Platter, Ca. 1930's, 14 1/2" diameter, 3" high, and 1" wide for Sterling Rim with repoussé repeated pattern and multiple smaller rose and floral design in outer circle, and large bouquet of floral design in the center. Marked "Lenox, made in USA" in green, "Lenox Rose" in purple plus sterling marked "Wallace Sterling 4179" on the bottom. The condition is good, no damages.

This porcelain and silver tea set was produced in Trenton New Jersey, USA, by Lenox between 1906 and 1930. Some of the pieces are marked with the older Lenox Belleek mark. The pot measures 9 inches from the spout to the handle and is 6 inches tall, including the lid. The pot includes a separate tea strainer which inter locks with the lid. The capacity is 30 ounces. The sugar bowl is 5 inches across the handles and 4 inches tall...

English Queen Anne style Chinosiere design Flat Top Card Table, 1930's, 31" high, 36" wide, 18" deep(closed), 36" square(open), supported by swing Cabriole Queen Anne Legs with stretchers, turn the table to make square table, reveal the large storage area under the table top, decorated throughout the table with Chinosiere and floral design on inside and outside, sides and the top, and carved Shell in god in front center skirt under the table top, all decorated on dark green background...

Rare Japanese first edition Taisho period shin hanga woodblock print titled “Mt. Arashi in Spring” from "New Selection of Noted Places of Kyoto (First Series)" by Miki Suizan (1887-1957) published in 1924 by Sato Shotaro in an edition of 200. Carved by Maeda Kentaro and printed by Oiwa Tokuzo. The black ink signature and red seal of the artist are at the lower right. The red seal of the publisher is on the back. Paper measures 15 3/4" x 11" (image: 15 1/2" x 10 1/2")...

First edition Taisho period Japanese woodblock print titled “The Snow Maiden Umekawa” (aka “The Heroine Umekawa in the Snow”) from the supplements of “The Complete Works of Chikamatsu Manzaemon" by Kitano Tsunetomi (1880-1947) published in 1923. First edition with mica and silver highlights, hand applied gofun, black ink Tsunetomi seal at the upper right, and Yamagishi Kazue (carver) and Nishimura Kumakichi (printer) seals at the lower edge...

Amazing VENETIAN Older Murano Cased SILVER FLECKS Art Glass Vase with 2 Applied Blue Flowers!!! Believe it is a FERRO TOSO BAROVIER piece circa 1930s. A terrific set of 12 Art Deco silverplated knife rests. The design on the ends combines severely linear elements with bas-relief details—the ultimate in Art Deco styling. Each “porte-couteau” is marked with unidentified French hallmarks.

Superb and extremely rare silverplated cocktail shaker in the "Ile de France" pattern by Meriden Britannia Plate Co. This is one of the most desirable of the high style Art Deco shakers. The ocean liner "Ile de France" was launched in 1926--not as the largest ship afloat, but intentionally as the most elegant ship in the world. This shaker was intended to celebrate that achievement and took its streamlined design elements from the ship itself...

This crystal and silver plate condiment set was produced in England in the 1920s. The silver plated stand measures 7 1/4 inches high, 5 3/8 inches long and 4 1/4 inches wide. It contains 4 finely cut crystal bottles, 3 of which have silver plated tops. There is a spoon in the mustard jar. The stand has little ball feet. Condition: Excellent
