A French Art Deco cocktail pick set in the form of a large chrome snail on a mahogany base. The design is by the famed French Art Deco children’s books illustrator Benjamin Rabier, who had a side job designing entertaining barware. A hexagonal faceted gourd shaped vase decorated in a style not often found in traditional Kutani ware, but more so in traditional Japanese kinrande style porcelains. The vase is decorated in auspicious motifs. The top area of the gourd contains stylized characters of the word, "eternal longevity".Age: Showa Period Size: Diameter 7" Height 11.5"

Japanese cotton obi from mid to late Showa period, 1980s(?). This obi was sold from the Mitsukoshi Department Store (2 logos attached at the corner). 100 percent cotton, new condition with some color loss. 12 1/4" wide x 141" long; it weighs approx. 1.2 pounds.

Four little red-lacquered Kamakura-bori dishes with a decorative carving of a dove. All with Hanko stamp to the back. Diameter "6 ¼ / 16.3 cm. Condition: a few minimal scratch marks.

Anchor Hocking Glass Company made Bubble from 1940-65. This is part of the Fire King line. There are no chips or cracks in the glass. Thanks for looking.

This pretty crystal clear Century Ice Tub or Ice Bucket with Metal Handle was made by Fostoria Glass. This glass Ice Bucket measures 4 1/2 inches high X 7 1/4 inches long X 6 1/2 inches across. This is a set of SIX porcelain coffee cups (3" x 3 7/8") and matching saucers, handpainted for Gefle, Upsala-Ekeby. Mint condition. A superb, eye-catching set.

Japanese Mid 20th Century print of "White Heron in the Rain" by IDE GAKUSUI (1899-1982). Signed and stamped by artist in lower right hand corner. Also, title and date in lower right hand border. Printed in Showa 25, or 1950. The feathers of the heron are embossed. Fine color and impression. This is the first printing of this famous print. A posthumous edition was printed in HEISEI period. The paper measures 10 1/4" wide by 15 3/8" tall. The print measures 9" wide by 14 3/8" tall.

Chinese Silver Fu Lion Tea Set Marked, Early 20th Century

The teapot is 6.8 inches (17.5 cm) tall by 10.35 inches (26.5 cm) wide. The sugar is 4.5 inches (11.5 cm) tall by 5.8 inches (14.8 cm) wide. The creamer is 4 inches (10.1 cm) tall by 5.5 inches (14 cm) wide. They are 981 gram (34.6 oz).

They are in good condition with no repairs, chips, or cracks, except small dents at the teapot (as seen in the photos).

A dynamic early porcelain work in vivid color by Kiyomizu Rokubei VI enclosed in the original signed wooden box titled Futatsuki Kajutu Mon Kashiki (Sweets dish decorated with fruit) bearing his real name, indicating it predates his taking the name Rokubei in 1945.
