A hand-embroidered bag made by Pashtun nomads from Ghazni province (probably Katawaz), Afghanistan. Floral motifs combined with arabesques in herringbone stitch in silk thread on a purple silk background. The Bokhara couching technique is used to maximum effect, where the metallic threads are laid parallel to each other and fastened at regular intervals by tiny red stitches. Blue beads adorn the edges to ward off the evil eye. The interior of the bag is lined in a blue printed fabric...
The Crinkle pattern was produced by Morgantown glass company in the late 1930's. This is the 6 1/2 inch high juice or martini pitcher in amethyst. The style is called 'Tijuana' and it holds 34 oz. Household protector made of wood, carved to represent two Janus type heads surmounted by horns. This protector was installed on top of a house roof. Beautiful age patina. Indonesia, Timor Island. Height: 26 cm. The piece is nicely mounted on a custom metal stand. Very good condition.

A beautiful vintage Chinese silver enamel ring in excellent condition. Size 6-3/4 or D:15mm.
Chinese hanging scroll ink rubbing of an ancient stone carving featuring Quan Yin. Rubbing dates early 2oth century. Rubbings of ancient stone carvings are illegal in China as the process damages the stone. In very good condition, the rubbing measures 39.5 inches x 21 inches. Scroll measures 30" x 56" and comes in a bamboo container.
A Chinese Yixing Teapot, Qing Dynasty. Length approximately 19.4 cm (the tipspout to the handle) and height 15 cm. Few tiny chips at the rim of the teapot and oval-shaped grip on the cover is glued. Good condition.
A handsome mid-century sterling silver gavel-style double jigger with a turned ebony handle. Gavel jiggers are usually in a more traditional style, but the plain lines of the silver and relatively simple handle give this example a nice mid-century modernist feel. The jigger is marked by Boardman, a silversmith who sold under their own mark and also manufactured barware for Cartier's New York store.

A beautiful hand painted Willets Belleek handled bowl with fancy crimped rim. The bowl is 5 inches in diameter and 2 3/4 inches tall. Measured across the handles, the bowl is 6 ½ inches. The underside bears the brown Willets Belleek mark used from the mid 1880's to 1909. The decoration consists of pink roses with green foliage surrounding a large gold scroll bearing a series of tuquoise beads, each of which is surounded by gold dots...

A nice vintage leather box embossed “Studs” on the top. Most of these boxes are round, but this example is a much more uncommon horseshoe, the lid also embossed with a horseshoe. These boxes were original intended to store shirt studs or cufflinks, but can be used for any variety of gentleman’s accessories.
