Radiance is a very elegant Depression era pattern that was produced by New Martinsville Glass Company from 1936 to 1939. The pieces are ground and polished on the bottom edges and the color is very rich. Offered here is the cup & saucer set in light blue (called 'Ice Blue') in excellent condition. Early Showa (1930s) Japanese obidome (sash ornament) of round shape with engraved flowers. Obidome is worn on an obi cord that holds the obi sash together, is the only type of jewelry worn by Japanese women on formal occasions, and could serve as netsuke as well. Very nice work, beautiful patina. Metal fitting on the back with two loops for an obi cord. Diameter 1 1/8 inches.

French Limoges transfer design of Pansy flower in two(2) separate divided deep Serving dish, Ca. 1950, 8 1/2" x 7 1/4" wide, 1 1/8" high , marked "DFH GDM France" in underglaze green and "C.H. Field Haviland. Limoges" in circle in overglaze red. The condition is good.

Black Lacquered Iron Garden hanging Flower Pot, 21" high maximum, 19 1/2" wide maximum, 8 diameter opening for the pot on the bottom, 10" deep from the wall, the condition is good and clean.

Heavy weight Crystal square shape Inkwell, 1930's, 2 5/8" x 2 5/8" square, 2 1/2" high, 1 1/8" diameter-top opening, the condition is good, I did not feel any rough spots.

Vintage Japanese lacquer kogai style kanzashi - a hair pin - with lacquer decoration of flowers in a stream. Kogai type kanzashi consists of two sticks featuring a design on each end, which tend to be wider than the centre. Kogai resemble sheathed swords, with one end being removable in order for it to be placed in the hairstyle. Wonderful lacquer work, in very good vintage condition. Length assembled 4 1/4 inches. Part of East Coast Japanese hair items collection.

Black Lacquered Metal round Bell with Wooden Handle, include Black Lacquered Iron Hook, Bell(8" high, 7" diameter), Hook(10" high, 16" deep), total 18" high, rings very loud, used in the garden outdoor previously. It is in good condition.

A pair of 3-1/4" miniature bud vases or knife rests made in Austria by Bimini. These "Caterpillar" vases were in production from 1925-35 and were issued in various colours. In light green and red/orange, these Austrian art glass table decorations are in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, losses, damage or repairs. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are secondhand and may have slight signs of gentle use...

Cambridge Glass Company made this Caprice plate from 1936-57. There are no chips or cracks in the glass. Thanks for looking.

A vintage 3" Dutch silver bookmark with a fine figural free spinning windmill on the top. This book mark has the sword mark used from 1906-53 and it has an unidentified maker's mark. It weighs 6.4 grams, and it is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are vintage or antique and may have slight signs of gentle use...

French Faience Pottery Transfer ware small Plate, Cow with bell around the neck in the green pasture bordered by repeated pink flower petals, 6 1/2" diameter, 7/8" high, very pleasing and peaceful design, black writing mark and impressed mark "V9" on the bottom. The condition is good.

Interesting plate or dish, diameter 10 7/8", about one inch deep, with "WADE 333 Calif-U.S.A." on the bottom. I am a fine art dealer so pottery, china and ceramics are not my specialty, but Wade of California it seems was a mid century operation in Southern California---a part of the rich tradition of California pottery. Condition is excellent with no chips...

This large basket is quite the find. It has an over-sized twist handle of crystal clear glass. The rim is surrounded by gradated colors - almost like a stain of cranberry red. The body is heavy (4 lbs.) and is clear the shines yellow-green under black light. The bottom shows a finished pontil. All-in-all this lovely glass basket stands ( 1/2" tall to the top of the handle and 10" long. It is in excellent condition. I have other interesting and elegant glassware in my inventory .....
