A Baluchi saddle bag ("khurzeen") from the mid to late 20th century, measuring 47 x 109 cm. In wool ground with patterned bands in weft-faced, slit tapestry, half pile and half kilim. Strong plaited goat hair loops are attached which are interlaced when closing. Condition is excellent.
A large Chinese soapstone vase carved in deep relief featuring 5 birds feeding on a peony vine. In excellent condition, it measures 7.5" high by 8.5" across.
A vintage maroon velvet Bulova man's watch box with gilt mounts c1930s. This 4-7/8" x 3-1/4" box has a mount for a man's Bulova wristwatch, a velvet and shiny material liner, and a gold stamp saying BULOVA CANADA'S FINEST TIMEPIECES. It has a BULOVA name impressed into the front of the case (we're not sure if it has a metal nameplate or if it was impressed as it appears)...
Made in the 1950's, master glass artist Gundersen created this cased vase using cranberry and custard glass. Many people will mistake it as "burmese" glass -- it is definitely a cased glass. Measures 3" high by 4.5" wide. It does have a pontil on the bottom. In mint condition.
Chinese carved boxwood figurine depicting the the immortal Lu Dongbin dressed as a scholar with his attributes the sword and the fly whisk. Fixed on a wooden base. Condition: fine, some patina. Dimension: total height: 17.1 cm.
The Kuchi are the nomadic and semi-nomadic people of Afghanistan. This cushion was made from a traditional Kuchi textile and has burgundy velvet on the reverse with cording along the edges. The embroidery is intricate ladder stitch and button hole stitch, with cotton thread and metallic braiding throughout. Condition is great. It measures 44 x 64 cm. Estimated age mid to late 20th century.
A Hazara puttee estimated to date from the mid to late 20th century, in perfect condition. Measures 10x65 cm (with the tassel, 124 cm in length). Condition is excellent. On one side is a printed fabric, probably from Russia. The extremely fine brick stitch in interlocking diamond patterns is a hallmark of Hazara embroidery. Probably from Jaghori (Ghazni) or Bamiyan province.

A spectacular Murano glass epergne, made probably by Archimede Seguso, around 1950. The epergne is 12 1/4 inches (31 cm) tall, with a bottom width of 9 inches (23 cm) and a top-width of 4 1/2 inches (12 cm). In fine condition. Unsigned, as expected.
A beautiful 8-glass cordial set in a velvet box, made by Moser. The cordial heights vary between 2 inches to 3 1/4 inches (5 cm to 8,25 cm). The box is 12 inches by 8 1/2 inches by 2 3/4 inches (30 cm X 22 cm X 7 cm). Four of the glasses are in gold cameo. All glasses are marked, 'Moser' and are in fine condition. The set was probably in a museum's collection and carries the museum's ascension number (see last picture).
A beautiful, Murano glass vase with the 'Mezza Filigrana' decor. The decor of the vase is sandwiched between a clear outer glass layer and an inner white glass layer. The glass is 3/8 inches (1 cm) thick. The heavy vase is 13 inches (33 cm) tall and 4 3/4 inches (12 cm) wide. It is without chips or cracks. There are some fabrication/annealing lines (see pictures). Unsigned. Though many Murano glass houses made vases in this technique, this vase is attributed to Barovier & Toso.
A large, beautiful, Tiffany style lamp. The lamp is 34 inches (87 cm) tall (to the top of the finial). The shade itself is 19 1/2 inches (50 cm) wide and 8 1/2 inches high (10 inches tall to the metal-top). The contemporary lamp takes three bulbs on the upper sockets and one bulb in the lower, inside-body socket. The lamp is in good condition.
DESCRIPTION: A handsome rectangular Chinese chest crafted from a deep red ox leather and furnished with brass fittings. The interior still has the original blue silk lining and would have originally held scrolls or documents. Today it would make an attractive accent piece on top or underneath a cabinet or table. Good condition with some scuffing on edges; blue silk interior has some stains and small holes. This chest originated from Zhejiang Province and dates from 1920-1940...
A Murano 1950s blue cased glass bowl with paperweight caning. This 11" x 9-1/8" bowl has nice light blue glass over white with cut paperweight style canes throughout; it has a great folded edge and it is unsigned. This item is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, losses, damage or repairs. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are vintage or antique and may have slight signs of gentle use...
This pair of French leather Club Chairs are quite unusual, They have kind of a Deco meets Streamline feel. They have fixed cushion that are quite firm, but still comfortable. They are circa 1940's.
Black swirls on background of burnt orange glass form this letter holder from a desk set series produced by Salviati in the late 1970's.
The piece stands 4 inches (10 cm) tall, 6 inches (15 cm) wide, and is 3 inches (7.6 cm) deep. There is a small, less than 1/8 inch (.3 cm), flake on the edge of the piece, but otherwise in fine condition. Circa 1975
