Vintage Japanese kiriwood kogo (box for incense during tea ceremony) in a form of an open fan with painted decoration of blooming kikyo-zaki (Japanese morning glory) and other flowers and grasses. Comes with tomobako (original storage box made by the artist) inscribed, signed and stamped with a seal of Munehiro Michiba, Very clever design, in perfect condition. Great piece in Japanese taste. This Chinese yixing teapot was handcrafted in 80' but has a nice old shape with a patina purple clay color. It's in excellent condition with the imprint of the artist signature "Ding Shan Ren".
Length approximately 15.7 cm ( the tipspout to the handle) and height 9.5 cm. The teapot has a soft tiny chip at the spout (not appeared) and few tiny chips at the ring base. Good condition.
A rare and absolutely beautiful high end Yixing Teapot, China, should be pre 1980 and perhaps much older, since it comes from an old collection.
Made by a master potter with a fantastic moulded cobalt and torquise blue glaze. The pot is signed below with a makers mark, so far unresearched.

Wonderful size and design, this mid century modernist tile is by Sylvia Leuchovius (Sweden 1915-2003) for Rorstrand Ceramic company, where she created numerous whimsical and creative objects from functional and industrial to art objects.
Measures 11 3/8" square and 1/2" deep.
