A terrific pair of Art Deco sterling silver tension-hinged sugar tongs or “nips” by W. & S. Sorensen. The twisted upper handles are decorated with gilt crown-shaped finials and the tong ends repeat the twisted pattern of the upper handles. The tongs could be used for sugar cubes, candies, or even olives. Hallmarked by Sorensen. The tongs are very well made and are quite heavy.

This pretty depression glass ultramarine Swirl Footed Creamer and two-handled Open Sugar Bowl were made by Jeannette Glass from 1937 to 1938. A beautiful blue glass bull figurine (with white latimo glass horns), designed by either Napoleone Martinuzzi, or, designed in his style. The figurine is 11 inches (28 cm) long and 7 inches (17,8 cm) high. There is a chip on the figurines tail and a chip to its bottom application (please see 4th and 5th pictures) - otherwise, it is in good condition. There are lots of bubbles in the glass and some red stripes in the glass...

Offered for your consideration is a porcelain medical sterilizer fresh from a retired physician's collection. This office size model is in fairly good condition and appears to be from the 1930-1940s era. It displays well; however, there is modest repair to the right side as seen in the photos.

Japanese Noh theater Ko-omote (young lady) mask. Beautifully carved out of wood and delicately painted with the rounded features and slight smile of a young lady. She has the shaved eyebrows which have been stylized and darkened up high on her forehead and the delicate blackened teeth of an upper class woman. Caved mark on the back. Showa Period (1926-1945). Size: 8 1/4" high x 5 1/4" wide.
