It is cased glass - a rich mulberry-lavender and bright white striped body sitting on a broad, round crystal foot. It does have several bubbles around the rim at the tip of each purple stripe. The artist's black ink signature and red seal are at the lower right corner of the image. The Watanabe seal is missing, but the print is old and likely dates post-WWII. An ornate sterling silver napkin ring fully hallmarked for Birmingham, England 1932 with a cutout monogram. It is 1-1/8" wide and 1-13/16" across the interior, and it has a fancy engine turned design as well as a cut out fancy Gothic T or F monogram.
