This large carved turquoise snuff bottle is 3 inches tall, 2 ½ inches on the widest part and 1 ¾ thick. One side depicts two old gentlemen chatting in front of a small hut, a tall pine tree is in the middle and a third gentleman is sitting alone in meditation next to the tree. The other side depicts an old man walking through a pass toward to a hut under a mountain. This piece was carved around 1980. It has a silver cylinder shape cap, but the spoon is gone...

Dancing Nymph is the correct name for this Consolidated pattern - it's sometimes called "Dance of the Nudes" due to listings in depression glass books under that name. Made in 1928, it's a wonderful pattern for the deco collector as well as glass lovers. This is the 3 1/2 inch tumbler in frosted crystal - sometimes called 'crystal stain'. This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in Hungary by the Herend Factory between 1950 and 1970. The saucer is 4 1/2 inches in diameter and 3/4 inches deep. The cup is 2 inches high. A sterling silver corkscrew by International Silver in one of the company’s 1930s Art Deco designs. Clearly patterned after the popular Scandinavian designs of the period, this design is very similar to “Royal Danish”, “Sonja” and “Norse”. A fragment of old Chinese micro stitch needlework, 18" by 9 3/4" (23 1/2" by 15" in attractive black frame and light green backing material), the imagery including classic temples, vegetation, insects, and even two tiny figures (and maybe portions of sampan-style boats). The silk stitch is very small and intricate, the colors bright, though I do note that the edges are frayed and at top stained. Proper framing could hide this.
