Description: Very rare and well crafted Persian hand made silver cup, depicting Reza Shah Pahlavi, the founder of Pahlavi dynasty on the front and on the side are Sassanian king Anoosheh Ravan and ancient symbol of archaemennid dynasty. The central figures are surrounded on the upper and lower section with the script commemorating the crowning of Reza Shah. The cup is dated 1311 AH which is 1931. The height of the cup is 4 1/4" with 3.5" in diameter...

A Japanese ranma (transom) with a Hinoki (Cypress) frame and a Kusunoki (Camphor) wood hand carved Chiku Bai theme in highly detailed three dimensional relief. Artist signed Tosho Nakajima. Most likely mounted in a wealthy Japanese home or a fancy Ryokan (country inn). Its main theme is a majestic Plum Blossom tree (Bai) accented with Bamboo (Chiku).

The ranma was often mounted above the Fusuma sliding doors between rooms to allow the air to circulate freely...

Arts & crafts period copper dish by Gorham, c.1852-1865. It is signed: "GORHAM CO. Y126 (anchor in lozenge) and additional mark" and measures 9 1/2" by7 1/4" 1" high. It has a bronze color patina with some dark spots. There is a slight bend that can easily be straightened out on an edge. These well-carved hardwood Luo Han statues are about 8 1/4 inches tall, 6 inches wide and 4 inches in depth. They were carved around 1950. One is holding a 7 storied pagoda; the other is holding a four sided vase. Both have inlayed eyes, but the latter is missing his right eye. They are in good condition.

A French vase by Paul Jacquet, 1ate 1920’s. Stylized flowers within panels in yellow, green and black, in late Art Nouveau style. Unsigned, impressed 1. Height "2¾/ 7 cm, diameter "3½/ 9 cm. Small glaze bubble to the neck (cf. photo).

The solid 14K yellow gold is finely crafted in three bats and three prunus flowers on each sides in the 20th Century, marked “14K.” The old Qing Dynasty jadeite is from the 19th Century, hand-crafted in the Ruyi shape, the front crafted with four traditional Chinese character meaning “longevity with wealth and honor”, the reverse crafted with a deer or a dragon-like mythical beast. Fazzoletto (handkerchief) vase with undulating rim in red (exterior) and white (interior) glass. The technique for fusing the two colors of glass is known as incamiciato. The vase measures 3 inches (7.6 cm) tall and is 3.75 inches (9.5 cm) in diameter. Excellent condition, with no chips, cracks or repairs. This has some minor wear to the base as expected. Some tooling marks are visible where the artist crimped the rim, these occur during manufacturing and are not damage. Circa 1950's...
