This hand painted English Bristol glass vase with great colors is late 19th century. It is 9 3/8" tall x 5 1/2" wide. The inside mouth diameter is 3 1/4". There are no chips, no cracks, and no repairs to this item. This item is in excellent condition.
A fine, modern footed dish with red, green and yellow overglaze and with cobalt blue and manganese underglaze decoration. The hexagonal, everted rim with red border defining a cloud band around conforming hexagonal cavetto with chidori (sparrows) alternating with polychrome squares - borders of decoration all picked out with manganese (giving an iron effect but fading nicely into the blue decoration rather than spoiling it with fade to brown...
Chinese Song style clair de lune glaze peach-shaped water pot, moulded with five flying bats around the upper part of the peach-shaped body and two lotus buds in relief issuing from the bottom, applied exterior overall with clair de lune glaze. Interior glazed bluish-white, the base left unglazed. No markings.

Classic vase by Mashiko artist Murata Gen (Japan, born in Ishikawa Prefecture, 1904-1988). Murata Gen apprenticed with Shoji Hamada before becoming an independent potter in 1954. This work is 8 1/2" high and 6 1/2" wide. Signed with the "MU" character within a diamond. In excellent condition.
Pair Rosewood hand carved Adam style Wall Brackets, Shelves, or Wall Stands, 14" high, 11 1/2" wide, 6 3/8" deep, heavy weight. They are all in good condition.
This Chinese jadeite carving was made in 1970 by a jade carving student. He depicts the Chinese immortals Fu, Lu, Shou standing under what appears to be a peach branch, another good fortune symbol. The jade is polished having apple or mint green complexion.

Pair of vintage sterling silver and rosewood "supper" candlesticks designed and signed circa 1950's by American & Taxco, Mexico artist William Spratling (1900-67). Spratling referred to this design as "supper" candlesticks in his 1958-59 catalog. Each stick stands 3" high. A rosewood circle midway down on the stem is inset with 6 silver buttons. The silver bases are each 3" across. The pair weigh 117 grams, 6.07oz.
