A fine Japanese antique Satsuma tripod koro with lid. Decorated on one side with a group of children playing and on the other side a garden scene with flowers against a fence. The domed cover decorated the same with a seated foo dog finial resting on a ball. Resting on three animal head legs. All highlighted with gilt.
Age: Meiji Period (19th Century)
Condition: Very good condition. There is a small chip on the mane and the tail of the foo dog.
Japanese Woodblock Printer "Nishima, Katsuyuki", Born 1945-, frame size - 16" x 12 1/2" and Image size - 12 1/2" x 8 1/2", "Good Day"(title), already framed by Kanda's B.O.Q. Gallery, signed lower bottom area in pencil, owner purchased in Japan and kept in their home until now. Framed in double mat and black wooden frame with rounded corners, non glare glass front. Introduction of the "Nishijima" and Frame shop information is on the back board, very professionally framed...
In Marc Heiremans' book ARCHIMEDE SEGUSO this "a canne ritorte" design is documented on page 82. The execution and finish of this fazzoletto confirm the Murano Artisans' mastery of working with Glass and would be a fine addition to any serious collection of 20th Century Murano Glass. The pontil mark on the bottom has been carved out and polished, indicating careful attention to details. The piece measures 4 1/2"H x 6" D. Condition is perfect.

This really pretty pair of depression glass pink Oyster and Pearl Candle Holders were made by Anchor Hocking Glass from 1938 to 1940. The Candle Holders each measure 3 1/2 inches high X 4 1/2 inches diameter across the bottom. They are both in very good condition with no chips, cracks or scratches. Fun portrait of Daruma with googly eyes, in quick brush strokes. Above him an inscription that mentions the Buddha, the Bulguksa temple on Mount Toham in Gyeongju, South Korea, the name Seog’un, followed by the seals Lim-Chung…. And Seog’un. Other red seals in the lower left corner and to the right of the character ‘Bul’ (Buddha).
Black ink and some gray on paper. Mounted in brocade and framed in wooden Asian frame...

Scrambled glass paperweight, millefiori, broken canes, chunks and blurred murrines cased in a light raspberry or amethyst glass (hard to tell but definitely not colorless glass) Measures 2 1/2 inches (6.3 cm) wide by 2 1/4 inches (5.7 cm) tall. Has KB Import label and Blue on silver foil AF MURANO Cockerel label. Condition is excellent with no bruises, cracks or chips. Circa 1950 - 1960.

An unsigned Moser style cordial standing 6 inches high. The colorless 4 3/4 inch tall stem is topped by a 1 1/4 inch tall cup decorated with 2 blue marquetry plums and engraved leaves and stems in green. There is no pontil mark and the cordial is perfect.
