Abstract print by well-known Japanese print artist Masao Ohba (born 1928). He won first prize in 1998 at the 17th Biennale of Contemporary Ex Libris in Malbork, Poland. His work is colorful with interesting textures. This particular print almost appears to be an abstract take on the Japanese flag, with interesting shapes and flecking of red, yellow, and blue peeking through black sections. circa 1950s, signed and marked "87/150"

A beautiful Murano glass candlestick, made by Barovier & Toso, around 1950, in their gold-flecked 'Corodonato d'Oro' decor. The candlestick is 5 1/2 inches (14 cm) tall and 4 5/8 inches (11,7 cm) wide. It is without chips, cracks or repairs (there is some wax-drippings and black soot build-up, which are to be expected in a candlestick - please see pictures).
Rookwood Vase mold number 2111 dated 1926. Height: 6 1/8 inches. The color is Turquoise blue. The horizontal lines visible in one of the views are crazing lines in the glaze. There are no chips, cracks or repairs. Fully marked with Rookwood Flame mark, XXVI, and 2111 with the finishers mark of Albersman. Vase shape designed by Lorinda Epply.
Japanese woven Bamboo Ikebana Flower Basket with thin Bamboo insert, Ca. 1930, 16" high include handle, 3" square-bottom, 2 3/8" round-top rim, 6 1/4" high for handle, 10" high for basket only. Bamboo insert is cracked, basket is in good condition, no damages.
A wood display stand was in nice Zen mood.

A mesh silver purse, c 1920-30, exquisitely worked, the brackets with roses and flower baskets. Marked Diana (design or model), German silver marks: 800, crown and moon. Width "6 ¼ / 16 cm, weight 274 grams. Condition: a very small repair near the left hinge (cf. last photo).
Basket made of bark of hiba, a family of the Japanese cypress. It is used by a mountain worker, and tools, lunch or collected mushrooms are put in. In good condition except for a few breaks in the rim. The first half of the 20th century. W:28cm H:31cm

Chinese 20th century Eggshell Porcelain Famille Rose Dragon Vase of amphora form finely hand painted in bright enamel with six red, yellow, and green dragons on a Famille Rose Millefleurs and gold background. The flaring neck rim is decorated with bands of Ruyi scepter heads.

This porcelain gravy boat with attached underplate was produced in Germany by Meissen in the 1930s. It measures 9 1/2 inches long, 6 inches wide and 4 inches high. It is made of the finest quality, hand crafted porcelain that is world renowned. The gravy boat has a graceful, flowing shape.
