This lovely album was attributed to Ishihara Matsuyoshi 石原松芳, signed in 昭和庚辰年 (1940). 28 spreads (56 pages) in total, and 27 paintings in one album. Subjects from birds, flowers, mythologies, still life, figures to landscapes, a glimpse of the artist's rich spiritual world. Signed with two seals on each painting. Very good condition, no big damage except for the aging paper.

This is a really nice depression glass green Block Optic squatty creamer and sugar bowl set made by Hocking Glass from 1929 to 1933. The creamer and sugar bowl each measure 3 inches high. Beautiful bronze offering chalice from India with one large peacock surrounded by four smaller peacocks, bowing their heads in worship to the central bird. The chalice has a hinge on its front and back, which could secured shut with a pin or rope. The bronze has some red patina on the feathers of each bird and has bronze patina. The peacock is the national bird of India and is also considered a vehicle to the Hindu lord Murugan...

This fabulous vintage Imperial Beaded Block yellow bowl shows a wide array of colors. The pattern shows rows of beaded lines defining blocks of stipple glass.The ruffled rim is scalloped and it sits on a collar foot with a large star on the bottom. This bowl dates to the 1930s and it only printed with "Made in USA" on the collar foot. It is 8 7/8" across the scalloped rim and 2 1/2" high. Perfect to display or to offer as a thoughtful housewarming gift...

Set of four Bohemian glasses, each hand painted with a different pair of dogs. We're not dog experts, but they appear to be Scotties, wolfhounds, spaniels and Dalmatians. The quality of the painting is very nice, as is the quality of the glass. The top and bottom edges are decorated with gilt lines. The polished bottoms are acid-etched "Made In Czechoslovakia".

This figural glass lamp was produced by L.E. Smith Company during the 1940's - 50's. The color was fired on over clear glass, giving the opaque finish. This style is referred to as the 'Southern Belle' lamp. I have 2 available. Both have been re-wired so they work fine. The shade clips on the light bulb. (Bulb not included, I recommend 25 or 40 watt bulbs so the glass doesn't get too hot.) Please specify which you'd like. All are in good shape.

A pretty Art Deco cut glass perfume bottle with an intaglio stopper. The periwinkle blue body is cut in a diamond pattern, while the flat round stopper has lapidary cut edges and an intaglio four-leaf clover. The overall effect is very sweet. The flat base is acid-etched “Made in Czechoslovakia” inside an elongated oval.

This ornate pectorial is from the Highlands region of Papua New Guinea and would have been worn by a man during ceremonial occasions. It is made from plant fiber, which was pigment dyed and studded with nassa shells. The piece is accented on either side by a large white cowrie shell.

This wonderful ethnographic artifact was obtained from the estate of an anthropology professor in St. Louis. Having been stored away for many years, the color of the pigment dyes are still relatively strong.

This set of six Morgantown crystal clear tea or hot chocolate handled tumblers feature the Bernadette etch surrounding the rim. This fine acid etch shows a circle of grape bunches and leaves.
