Toast the new years with this solid silver sake set made for celebrations. 3 solid silver cups, as well as a beautifully shaped silver sake kettle with lid, each piece bearing the jun-gin (Pure or 100 percent silver) mark. This is a yurt ornament made by Lakai Uzbeks living in the northern region of Afghanistan. It is estimated to date to the mid to late 20th century and is in excellent condition. The embroidery is satin stitch in silk thread forming traditional geometric designs with a cotton paisley lining on the reverse. The textile measures 11.8 x 86.5 cm including the elaborate tassels and crown knots.

This superb vase by Berndt Friberg for Gustavsberg measures 5 1/2" (14cm) tall and is 3 1/2" (9cm) in diameter. On the underside is incised Friberg with the Gustavsberg Studio hand insignia. The date code H signifies this vessel was created in 1966. The glaze is a complex of blues and reds. Perfect foot ring and exceptional condition.

An unsigned Moser style cordial standing 6 inches high. The colorless 4 3/4 inch tall stem is topped by a 1 1/4 inch tall cup decorated with 2 blue marquetry plums and engraved leaves and stems in green. There is no pontil mark and the cordial is perfect.

This is a real vintage art glass vase. It is very elegant. It was designed by Edward Hald. It was made in Sweden in 1936.

There are no chips, no cracks, and no repairs to this vase. However, there is a scratch about 1 3/4" on the side of the vase and a few others from use. It is not as clear as I would like it to be.
