This is a GENT'S 25 JEWEL LORD ELGIN from a Maryland Estate. The DIAL with a Sweep Second Hand reads: LORD ELGIN/ 25/ AUTOMATIC/ Ra SWISS MADE Ra. Back is engraved: H.C. Heflin/ 50 Years Service/ etc./ 1968. Additionally, the Back is marked: 10K GOLD/ ELGIN. Dial could use a cleaning; back of the case shows light normal wear; RUNS well.

This lovely Orchid decanter (#5025) features Heisey's crystal clear glass and its very popular upside down orchid and bows. This decanter is fitted with a sterling silver stopper that is marked and its in excellent condition. It stands 8 1/2" tall to the top of the silver stopper and the decanter is in excellent condition. It was produced sometime between 1940-57. A pair of Chinese porcelain cylindrical vases in mirror image, painted in famille rose (fencai style) with maidens on a garden terrace with plum rose trees overhanging. Nice pair of vintage sterling silver candlelabra in a classic style. The double twisted-armed sockets unscrew so that they can be used as two single candlesticks, as well. The bases are marked "Empire Sterling Weighted".

This cast iron "Sunbonnet Sue" or " Dolly Dimple" door stop / bank/ paperweight/ was made by Hubley (Catalogue # 150). It was designed by Grace G. Drayton. It is 7 1/2" tall. The diameter of the base is 3 1/4".

This crystal and silver plate condiment set was produced in England in the 1920s. The silver plated stand measures 7 1/4 inches high, 5 3/8 inches long and 4 1/4 inches wide. An Edwardian period sterling silver ladies mesh purse or handbag circa 1900 1910. It is in excellent antique condition - no damage or missing parts and it has the original antique chain handle. It snaps shut firmly and evenly. It has not been initialled or engraved. It measures 5 " in width when it is hanging down, & 9" wide when extended. It measures 5 3/4" from top to bottom, not including the chain handle, which measures 14" in straight length...

This blouse is from Thailand and made for use by a Karen Hilltribe woman. First the fabric was hand woven from cotton fibers. Next the surface was lower half was elaborately decorated with cotton thread embroidery and tiny sea urchin shells using a geometric pattern. Then it was whip stitched into the form of a blouse using white cotton thread. This garment makes a wonderful display piece and can also be worn for special occassions. 23 inches across and 27 inches long.

Offered is a hard-to-find survivor of 1930s - 1940s medicine!

This handsome cabinet is constructed of a hardwood (perhaps walnut) and sports an eye-appealing, front-facing, bakelite, control panel. The cabinet is rather heavy and measures 15"W x 14" H x 12.5" with a canted front panel and two wooden handles for transport.

The bottom drawer stores all of the wires and connections noted in the photo. The condition of the cabinet is very good with wear commensurate with age...

This porcelain figurine was produced in Germany by Rosenthal in the 1950s. It has the artist’s signature, Fritz Heidenreich, impressed into the base. The bird measures 9 5/8 inches high and is 9 1/2 inches long. The bird is modeled with his beautiful tail feathers extended in their natural splendor. The colors are brilliant. He is wonderful to look at from any position. Heidenreich had the ability to bring this exotic bird alive in porcelain. Condition: Excellent

Chinese hat stand done in fencai enamels showing fish swimming among foliage. Gilt border with a poem done in black ink. The inside and base glazed white with the base rim unglazed. On the base is a iron red stamped mark in borders.

Handwrought brass and tile cup of swimming mermaid by Salvador Teran, Mexico, c.1955. Design has red, black, brown, and white tiles on a blue tile background of swimming mermaid in the sea. Japanese 20th Century woodblock print portrait of a nun by IKEDA SHU. The print is numbered 4 of 100 and dated 1969. Fine color and impression. There are slight creases in the lower right and left corners. The paper measures 15 1/4" wide by 23" tall. The actual print measures 13" by 20 3/4" tall.

DESCRIPTION: Great reversible pattern Pendleton blanket with horizontal rows of red, orange and white chevrons. The background is dark green on one side and grey on the reverse, edged with a dark red crisscross fringe on all sides. Perfectly sized for either a twin bed blanket or a wearable wrap. Pendleton label, late 1900s, good condition with no holes or tears. DIMENSIONS: 67" x 70" + 6" fringe.

This porcelain figurine of a kitten was produced in Bavaria by Rosenthal between 1921 and 1922. It is signed by the artist, Theodore Karner. Lovely pair of porcelain compotes in the "Dresden Garland" pattern by Schumann. The pierced rims are heavily decorated with colorful flowers and gilding. Each compote is centered with a floral bouquet surrounded by entwined gilt and floral garlands. The decorative motifs are echoed on the pedestals. The bottoms are marked by Schumann.

The subject matter of this group is quite comical. A naked cherub is fleeing from the attack of an angry goose. The little fellow is just "barely" getting away. The porcelain is modeled with great delicacy. The hand painting ads charm and detail. Condition: Excellent.

This is a set of 10 crystal glasses that were made in Czechoslovakia in the 1920s. They are unmarked but the style and workmanship is similar to pieces from that area. They are 3 inches high and the mouth of the glass is 2 1/2 inches wide. They ring when tapped. We think they are cocktail glasses from the shape and size. A vintage mid century modernist ashtray by William Spratling with three ball feet, rows of five applied disks on three sides, and three horizontal cradles.

Measures 2 1/4" high and 3 1/8" across. Marked with the conjoined 'WS', Taxco Mexico and 925. These were the marks used between 1933-40. In good condition, has some tarnish and very minor dings to the body and the feet. One of the disks on one row is slightly askew which adds to the hand made feel.

Handsome Silver Plate Sheffield England Double Inkwell. The silver stand with centered finial and ball feet is comprised of two silver rimmed crystal inkwells and a covered center compartment. Leslie Pina describes this piece as "Bischoff bearded collie dog in gray and white alabastro with black and white eyes, and curled tail, 1969" in her book, "ARCHIMEDE SEGUSO, LACE & STONE", P. 178. These bottles were made to hold cherry brandy (this one is empty). Liquor bottle aside, the sculptural quality of this opalino beauty is notable! This fine vessel is 11 1/2" H, 4"W, 3" D, maintains its original Bischoff label, has a nicely polished base and is in perfect condition.

Two massive modernist clear glass solitaire vases from the 1950s, each with a large bubble. Designed by Vicke Lindstrand for Kosta, the Swedish glassworks. Both signed Kosta, LH for Lindstrand, 1496 and 1615 respectively (model numbers). Height "8 and 4 ¼ / 20 and 11 cm.
