This old panel is thickly Dazi embroidered in a banded pattern to reflect the terraced mountains sides of the Miao homeland. The panel uses lovely soft pinks and grays which are not adequately represented in the pictures. A beautiful piece in beautiful condition. 80 years old from Ge Yi.

This is an early Ming Kuo or early Chinese Republic (1912-1950) very fine blue and white vase. The paintings show that of blessing and abundance, such as chrysthenthnum, peony lotus, prunus flowers. In addition there are drawing of ruyi head, ying and yang sign, peaches etc... On the base of the vase, it bears the mark of the private kiln or manufacturer.
The vase is in very good condition. No hairline crack, no chip or crack, no glaze fritting or repair and restoration...

Lovely English 1920's pink guilloche enamel sterling 8 day clock. This great little octagonal clock measures 3 1/8" by 3 1/8". A finely chased silver edge accents the guilloche enameling. The clock face is a beige color with black deco numerals and dark blue hands. The face is covered with a slightly convex glass. Brass easel back. Marks include an anchor, a lion, and an "A"-Birmingham, sterling, 1925. In addition there are makers marks which appear to be ABLP. Excellent condition.
Very fine 1920's deep yellow guilloche enamel sterling silver 8 day clock. This lovely clock measures 4 3/4" high and is 3 1/2" at its widest point. These hand painted decanter bottles were produced by Imperial Glass Company. The shape is shown in the 1941 catalog with various cuttings and decoration. Silk kimono decorated in yuzen technique with design of flowering stalks. Bamboo, cherry blossom and marigold. On the stalks small beetles crawl up. Outlines of flowers in silver. Inside partly lined with red silk. Japan, Showa period, mid 20th century.
Length 66 in. (168 cm), sleeve to sleeve 49 ½ in. (126 cm).
Few light stains, one torn seam at sleeve (ca. 2 in.), one small moth hole in seam of other sleeve, otherwise good condition.
Obi (sash) with design on both sides. One side taupe colored silk embroidered in brown, murasaki, pink, green and blue with a design of bamboo leaves and matsukawabishi. The other side decorated in silver and some colored silk on murasaki colored silk with an intricate design of a river bank with stone barricades, containers and vegetation: bamboo, pine, chrysanthemums and momiji. The end of the obi marked with two strokes of gold thread. Japan, early Showa period.

Roseville pair of candle holders. Modelled in the Roseville traditional Nouveau-Déco transitional style, glazed in matte green, white and yellow with a design of relief modelled Cosmos flowers, c 1940. Marked Roseville U S A 1151-2. Height 2"/5,5 cm, diameter 3 ¾"/9,5 cm. Condition: a few restored chips to exterior of upper rim of one candle holder (cf. pics) otherwise fine.
The carved rock crystal incense holder is 2 ¼ inches high, 3 ¼ inches long and 1 ¼ inches thick. It depicts a foo lion playing with a large globe. The incense holder is a 1980’s product and is in excellent condition.
This rare and early example of the superb pottery of Ingrid and Erich Triller (TOBO) measures 9 3/4" tall and is 4 1/5" in diameter. On the underside of the foot is painted Triller Tobo. The incredible glaze is a complex of browns and oranges. Excellent condition. There is a very minor glaze eruption (done in manufacture) on the inside of the upper rim, which does not detract at all from the beauty and importance of this great vase. (See photos).
A rare and wonderful two sided micro-petit point purse made for a child. On one side is a depiction of an 18th century courting couple, under a tree by a river, with the man holding a mandolin serenading the woman. The reverse side shows homes along the river, and a sailboat. The purse is done in beautiful hues including pink, lavender, greens, etc. To further enhance this charming work of craftsmanship, there is a stunning enameled and jeweled frame.

This cranberry opalescent hobnail vase was made between 1940 and 1977.
The cranberry color has always seemed to catch everyone's eye, even when people do not know what Fenton is.
Cranberry opalescent is made by gathering French opalescent over a small amount of Gold Ruby on the end of a hollw blow pide, and then blowing it into a mold. All pieces of cranberry opalescent are mold blown.
Nice Art Deco brass cocktail shaker in the form of a wine bottle. The bottle separates at the shoulders to reveal the strainer and the lip of the bottle removes for pouring. The bottom of the shaker is indented just as a glass wine bottle is. We’ve had many figural cocktail shakers, but this is the first bottle we’ve had.
